Tapi ada jugak baca chic lit. Favourite author semestinya Sophie Kinsella.

Historical genre and the other genre is i would love to call it zaman gaun kembang   @istilah sasteranya zaman victorian and romanticism.
But lately, sy lebih suka novel yg ringan and lebih fokus pada realiti cthnya novel melayu.

When i feel a bit spiritual, i'll read books by Hlovate. I still need a hint of romance.

i would choose :

historical fiction.to me having knowledge of the past is critical for making good decisions.it provides context.history allows us to understand why things are the way they are.there are many things that we take for granted every day because we don't know what things were like in the past.history is the story of us.here we are, at a certain point, the sum total of the actions and decisions of those who came before us.something that i benefitted from reading historical fiction is the appreciation for the present era.it's all about learning something new, and often entirely different from my own experiences before.

others - horror genre.i like horror genre because it is interesting to see what people are scared of.monsters are always metaphors.so if a story line does very well, that means not only was it well produced but it was also a popular idea.the horror stories are the only stories that you need to pay attention to throughout it.it demands your entire attention.you have got to full screen (in your mindspace) and see the whole thing because who knows where the scares will start.horror rewards people for reading it as it uses the entire medium.there are too many love stories where you only want to read their LOVES because almost the characters are suck and then the story has the feeble to support all lame ideas.when you read the horror story, it's good stress relief because i get to let out all my emotions without hurting anyone or myself.

Thriller pun okay Tapi bila dah start baca susah nak letak buku sekali belum habis sebab tak sabar nak tau ending. Sekali tak tau ending selagi tu la tak boleh tidur

cuma nak share baru2 ni saya ada baca buku the amazing liver and gallbladder flush by andreas moritz.

buku ni sangat bagus untuk pesakit2 eczema.cerita pasal bile duct blockage dengan gallstone jadi fungsi hempedu(gallbladder) terjejas disebabkan saluran yang tersumbat.sistem imun akan menjadi lemah sebab hati tak dapat proses protein yang penting untuk darah beku(blood clotting).

kena bersihkan bile duct dengan detox macam minum lemon, apple cider vinegar(malic acid)dan rutin ini diambil dengan kerap.saya percaya eczema boleh sembuh sepenuhnya.buku yang bermanfaat pada ibu2 yang ada baby menghidap eczema terutamanya.


ada juga penulis mention tentang genetik, ketahanan anti bodi yang merosot ketika usia meningkat, steroid usage dan lain2.

sesiapa yang tertarik dengan buku ni boleh cari di mph untuk booking dan juga kinokuniya.memandangkan buku ini diterbitkan pada 2012 ia susah untuk didapati tapi masih boleh order dengan vendor yang saya nyatakan tadi.
