Boleh sisturrr... Perut buncit pun boleh meleper. Tapi ia bukan targeted ye... Fat burning berlaku seluruh badan. Tak perlu start terus 45 hari.. bual alternate day fasting pun ok awal2 ni... 36 jam fasting. First week tu kau macam lemau sikit.. masuk 2nd week setakat 2 hari tak makan tu kau steady je. Lagilah kalau org Islam...senang sangat nak buat.

Kalau dah dh dpt berat yg kita nak,makan tp jaga portion ,agak2 naik mendadak tak balik.?

Kalau 45 days fasting macam ni bila dia break fast tu akan naik few kilo. Tapi biasanya dah tak mampu pun nak makan banyak. Macam kita puasa Ramadan makan sikit dah kenyang kan.. sama je.

Kena ada plan selepas 45 days nak buat macam mana. Selalunya diorang continue dgn low / zero carb diet.

Setahu iols, sel2 rosak akan lepaihkan signal yg deme rosak.. pastu mati sendiri dan deme dilupuskan giteww jahh..

Ketosis ni ok ka utk badan? Alangkan masa siri the biggest loser, pakar2 exercise soh mkn tapi exercise lebey utk burn calories.. sbb ada sorang contestant tak mkn, pastu dia pengsan masa tgh2 exercise..

Baidewei, satu cheeseburger bersamaan sejam exercise.. ada sorang contestant mkn 10 biji sekali mkn.. bayangkan camne susahnya nak kena exercise..

Pernah buat puasa  lepas tu buka minum air puasa lagi siang Hari ..buka minum air..Tak leh tido kelaparan sgt ..terus mkn..itu 3 bulan lepas..time to redo

Carb aka glycogen memang first sekali dibakar as energy. Yang terlebih makan simpan as lemak untuk guna time takde new energy source masuk. Kalau orang puasa lama tak makan hanya minum air je, glycogen level akan depleted dan bila takde lagi glycogen nak bakar, ketosis kick in. Ketosis akan bakar simpanan lemak yang disimpan selama ni untuk emergency situation.

Protein untuk muscle mass, muscle repair, enzim bukan untuk energy. Orang ingat bila tak makan, muscle yang digunakan as energy tapi tak, actually simpanan lemak kau yang first digunakan as energy.

At the same time ketosis jalan, autophagy pun jalan. Autophagy jadi bila badan kita tiada nutrien masuk which is puasa.. so badan akan start proses cari sel sel lama dan sel sel rosak tu untuk digunakan as energy. Dgn kata lain, autophagy is a process where your body eat itself.  Saintis yang discover autophagy ni dah dapat Nobel price pun.. it's legit yach.

janganla pose terus menerus mcm ni, depa ni maybe ade org pantau ke ape. buat if yg biasa pon ok. 12 jam ke,14jam,16 jam ke. kalau kate kuat smangat, leh buat adf alternate day fasting.. puasa ni target nya nk kurg kan insulin (sbb selagi insulin tggi mmg akan susah trun berat badan, plus mmg ade stadi pon high insulin leads to high appetite, dn mcm2 lagi stadi bkaitan insulin).  selain tu puasa tu kasi pakai simpanan tenaga lahhh. yg duk simpan tenaga bnyk2 tu yg jd mlampo2 lemaknya

Dr.Nordin ada buat video pasal water fasting trutama utk lawan kanser, minum air je 21 hari, iar 500ml campur scubit garam himalaya, lepas tu slama 3 bln mkan sehari skali, tp jgn mkn karbo, gula & susu, hanya buahan yg xmanis, hanya hati kental dpt buat, truma yg dh stage 4, brusaha utk sembuh.

Aku memang buat sebab tu aku cakap berdasarkan pengalaman aku ni. Tapi aku taklah buat 45 hari.
Aku buat alternate day fasting. Tapi selalunya aku sesuaikan keadaan supaya dapat puasa sunat hari Isnin Khamis gituhhh.. contoh aku makan hari Ahad, hari Isnin puasa. Buka minum electrolyte drink je. Hari selasa makan. Repeat.

Sejujurnya... Badan rasa lebih best. Bloated hilang terus. Aku exercise seperti biasa walaupun masa fasting.

Aku pernah tengok sharing sorang mamat ni. Dia puasa 21 days ke 40 days gitu selepas diagnosis kanser stage 4. Remission kanser dia. Tapi dari sains entah ada bukti medically ke tidak, tak pasti.

Tapi yang puasa ni bukan minum air kosong je. Memang water fasting... Tapi diorang minum electrolyte drink to replenish electrolytes yang diperlukan oleh badan to function. Sodium, potassium, magnesium.  Kalau tak muscle cramps.

Aku kenai 2 org yg rapat kembali ke rahmatullah kununn percaya puasa minom ayaq jaa buleh lawan kanser ka apa kaa..

tak perlu lebih2.. mengaku umat Muhammad kaa Isle ka apa kaa.. tapi dok jadi extreme kaa melampau tak tentu arah pasai apa... kurangkan makan kaa puasa mcm Nabi ka apa kaa cukop laa..

Bab makan tu, mkn buah sayur jahh ka mcm mana? Ken ...

Electrolyte buat sendiri je kat rumah sebab komersial electrolyte drink tu ada sugar. Kau kena stop ambik gula totally. Selain tu aku avoid processed food, vegetable oils macam canola, sunflower oil, soya etc kecuali palm oil, olive oil.

Aku jugak avoid makan roti, pasta sebab gluten menyebabkan bloated dan inflammation dalam perut.

Makanan aku simple je... Telur, avocado, mushroom, ayam, ikan, daging, sardin, brokoli, bayam, timun, sometimes makan nasi, buah yg high sugar aku tak makan. As long as makanan tu tak spike up insulin dah ok.

Exercise : weight lifting / calisthenics

aku pernah tengok video mat saleh buat waterfasting sebulan,
dia kata paling susah 4 hari awal sahaja lepas tu badan dia dah mula ok
