aku pn rase mcm betul...hahah...sbb lawyer yg wt conveyancing ni byk kene uruskan dox2...mmg agak pening n rumit kdg2...tp kalo lawyer yg wt litigation byk kene wt submission....lg la pening...

setahu ana lak samada perform atau x masa belajar dulu tue bukanlah alasan utk seseorg utk menjadi apa yg dia nak, my fren 1st class ada master dan PHD lbh selesa wat conveyancing alasannya dia x reti nak berdebat kat Mahkamah sbb bila jadi loyer litigation u kena fikir cepat dan pantas, xleh teragak2 dan jadi loyer conveyancing mahupun corporate lak u punya procedure wise kena tip top esp terms yg akan digunakan dalam satu2 agreement

S & P or any loan documentation bukan hanya cut and paste, banyak yg perlu diteliti
klulah semudah itu xdelah tetiba yg buat S & P sendiri2 tue bila dah x jadi transaksinya akan cari loyer gak utk selesaikan masaalah yg dihadapi
so klu u rasa x nak pakai loyer then buat ajelah sendiri
xperlulah amik loyer, itu utk S & P
tp klu utk Bank or loan u like it or not u kenalah dgr kata bank if not then u kena kiss good bye ajelah kat loan yg u apply tue

x la..
tapi juara pidato x semestinya hebat mana pun bila practise..kalau dia betul2 hebat, terus la practise
buat criminal cases x semestinya dia hebat..mana la tau kot2 buat case curi basikal je..hehe
ada je lawyer yang aku kenal buat conveyancing tapi dia buat jugak civil cases..aku tengok hebat je dia
lagi 1, kadang2 pompuan ni dia suka buat conveyancing sebab lebih sesuai dgn sifat & sikap diri sorang pompuan..diorang dah malas nak gi court dah.. masa muda2 mungkin suka la nak gi court. Tapi bila dah berfamily ni, baik la diorang wat conveyancing

Aku beli rumah dpt lawyer bagus. Akak ipaq aku beli rumah, dpt lawyer mcm lahanat.

Kesimpulan cerita, lawyer lahanat camni la yg rosakkan imej2 lawyer lain.

    nak minta memudahkan beli rumah rega less than RM 150 K je.. Rumah rega more than RM150K tu biarlar ada lawyer snp..

kalo nak beli umah 2nd lam RM90,000, agak2 bape lawyer fees kene ek... Nak jual apartment kat anak.. saya kene amik lawyer & anak pon kene ade lawyer kan... boleh ke kite bayar fees tu lambat sikit, masa dah dpt duit hasil dari penjualan...

dulu masa i beli rumah  dapat lawyer cut & paste apa?? dengan nama  buyer & majikan buyer yang client dia dulu kot, dengan harga rumah yang tak betul... lepas tu i yang perasan.huuu.....
