ooo... kalu lauk ni tau..
tapi cara masak lain sikit..

kalu masak ni suka guna ikan kerisi, parang atau tenggiri
taruk pulak brendi.. buat masam-masam sikit

yg tu uoul taruk kunyit tak? kalau yg tu ioul panggil gulai asam rebus, letak serai dan serbuk kunyit..

para tokey laksa boleh la juai kuah laksa tu bagi pekat sikit, jangan dok kedekut sangat kuah ceroi jaa. harap rasa garam dengan asam keping ja lebih.

bawang merah
bawang putih
kunyit hidup
halia (optional)

tumbuk semua bahan pastu tumis.. tak nak tumis pun tak apa
pastu masuk ikan + air
masuk asam keping
cili merah
brendi
garam
dah siap

asam rebus versi iols:
cili kering
bawang merah
bawang putih

campak dalam periuk + air
masuk ikan/kacang panjang
masuk asam keping
daun kesom
bunga kantan (optional)
garam

boleh makan sampai berguling
