Ramayana is an epic. Rama is the person. ASK properly and clearly next time. ![](static/image/smiley/default/indifferent0001.gif)
If you are asking for Rama's tomb, there is NONE. Hindus do not bury their dead, they cremate them (therefore no graves).

Are you people STUPID? Why do people want to keep ashes of dead people for? ![](static/image/smiley/default/indifferent0001.gif)
Such practice never exist in Hinduism and Rama was a Hindu. In Hinduism, we do not keep dead people (by planting them into the ground) or by reducing them to ashes and keep them aside. Such practice IS NOT Hinduism. Understood?
Now, WHY do you keep asking for Rama's grave and ashes? What is the purpose of your question? I asked because this thread involves in Hindu SCRIPTURES - as in written books, sub-belief system and school of thoughts. It has NOTHING to do with Rama's ashes.

Well..
The sarayu wiki link doesnt clearly mentioned how sri rama passed on. Rather it explained how significant sarayu was geographically to the ramayanas
And the quora link said sri rama drowned himself into a river. So,no grave,no body there.
I think its almost similar like jesus.no grave too. I respect how you maintained your faith to the religion.no more question about sri rama. He seemed to be a nice king and a good brother. Peace to u |

This is NOT maintaining faith through religion. This is maintaining Historical FACTS.
Ramayana and Mahabratha are not made-believe stories, imagined by some one by the river side (as what early Hindus believe when they hear Sage Valmiki and Sage Vyasa wrote the two Epics). These Sages were historicians who kept oral records for generations and passed them to the next generation via writing. Hinduism do not deal with blind faith or fairy tales, which is the reason why I opened this thread (to show).

I been to ayothaya, india....
I been told his ashes was in ayothaya . I was taken to the site and also to river of sarayu where hindus believed is holy.
From my observation to Ayothaya, it look like the city is cursed....thousands of flies, corrupt in temples, peoples so thin like zombie...unclean etc
My tour guide ask me not to overnight at ayothaya rather to stay in Faizabad which is muslims city....but i refuse
because i already book my train ticket to varanasi...so it not advisable to overnight in ayothaya...

This thread is about Hindu scriptures, NOT babbling of a madman praying in graveyards. ![](static/image/smiley/default/indifferent0001.gif)
Unless you have anything specific to say about Hindu Scriptures, I suggest you crawl somewhere and die.
