aku assume 2 rumah ni dekat satu projek perumahan yg sama kan?
so, pasal "pk location dekat bank bla bla bla", xyah pk sbb ko dah shortlist either A or B.
depends apa ko nak dik.
tapi better 2 tingkat.
rasa mcm membazir, tapi ko akan rasa perbezaan rumah kecik vs besar. even duk sorg pun.
lagipun, kalau ko amik rumah 2/tingkat, kalau ko rasa nk sewakan bilik extra, ko leh sewa. so ko leh recover duit yg extra ko fork out bayar loan tuk rumah A.

betul tu, baik beli yg besar.

Lepas tu kalau rasa bajet tight, lagipun duduk bujang, baik sewakan macam forumer lain cakap. At least separuh org bayarkan dan gaji tt pun tak terusik sangat kalau macam tu. Plus sewakan bilik ni tt boleh up lagi harga sewa kalau tt sediakan washing machine, microwave, peti sejuk, aircond (optional), tv, katil + almari semua tu. Uols siap ada 4 bilik lagi, kalau sewakan 3 bilik + fully furnished pun dah boleh cover sebulan loan rumah chuols.
Dulu landlord iols bg option kenakan tambahan rm30 sebulan kalau nak pasang aircond, pasang yg jimat letrik tu, pastu kalau nak tilam single boleh beli dgn dia rm300, yg elok punya. Padahal tilam single pun berapa je baru. Kalau provide wifi pun bayar sama2 so lagi jimat. Silap2 tt takyah keluar duit langsung nak bayar loan rumah bila buat macam tu

Buat agreement selama setahun, suh bayar deposit 3+1 or 2+1, duit deposit tu dapat cover balik beli barang2 rumah tu. Kalau pindah rumah sebelum habis tempoh, burn lah deposit tu. hihiii

tt kena beringat jgk nanti di masa depan dah susah nak cari rumah yg besar tapi murah. iols rasa sesuai sgt dgn harga, bilik pun banyak.
