Sy loan rumah prima guna bank luar dapat 100 persen loan...

U kena try tanye banyak bank..

Bank islam gak..bank lain tak berani sebab weols komitmen tinggi..

U try tanye tempat lain..bank rakyat bsn mbsb maybank cimbank rhb..

Kalau nak tawaran bagus u try banyak bank..

Sebab bank ni kan bila ade persaingan dia buat keja lebih sikit supaya kita pilih bank dia..

Ppa1m ni perumahan penjawat awam 1 mesia ke?

tula panel company i bank islam, maybank n bank rakyat je..
klu nak dpt staff rate kne pilih antara 3 bank tu..weols pn sama komitmen tinggi huhuhu
tap la ni xboleh nak pegi bank lagi sb HR xsettle verify borang lag..
aah betul rumah penjawat awam tap ade je GLC beli jugak
ikut nasib

Try apply betul2 3 bank tu..bagi dokumen yg yg diperlukan..lepas tu wait n see..

Kami dulu apply 2 jah maybank dan bank islam..cimb tolak awal2 sebab rate tinggi sngt..kami punye plan nak apply bank lain kalau tak lepas...tapi nasib baik adik bank islam  tu usaha kasi lepas...maybank rijek sebab high commitment..

Takpe u try ye..jgn give up..kalau rekod ccris ok, rasenya derang buleh usahakan bagi dapat..

Yang lain-lain tak reti nak komen..sbb dulu beli rumah pun semua orang yang uruskan..guna gov loan suami walaupun nama dlm snp ada dua nama..

just nak kata..rezkinyaaa you dik dapat beli rumah bawah 100k..ni jam nak jumpa umah dengan harga sedemikian amatlah peritnya..

I tanya hubbi..dia kata kalau 90k better buat loan bank jer..personal loan pun lepas tu..
ada org buat personal loan utk beli rumah, sbb katanya kalau housing loan leceh skit..ntah ai pun tak reti nak further elaborate ape yang lecehnya tu...

ada rezki lebih, jual apartment (i guess?) tu..bule beli landed house lak..
eceh ai cakap macamkan pandai..

Sama2..mana yg tau bule share..Betul lah apa yang porumer cakap sblm ni..utk next house yang market price dia lagi canak ke langit tu..yg tu baru guna gov loan..kalau now dah guna gov loan utk rumah yg guna loan bank pun lepas, nanti nak beli second house nak guna gov loan dah susah skit sebab sudah dikira rumah kedua. Rumah kedua dah tak dapat 100% loan lagi dah..kene top up duit cash sendiri...

Bagus yu apply banyak2 bank..lps tu buat comparison..setiap bank interest tak sama..bank rakyat tak try usha?

Legal fees aka kos guaman.
Kalau beli umah dgn developer biasanya legal fees ni waived.

How much tak sure tapi rasa ada beberapa persen dari harga rumah
