bagi babe la kan.. i think da best medicine for acne/ masalah jerawat would be ubat dari dlm.. n based on my personal experience.. accutane works wonder for me... amik masa sikit n a lot of patience..coz mkn accutane nie ada few side effects.. but alhamdullilah.. everythin went well.. cuma scar je la yg kena cari other way utk ubatkan...
it may be costly sikit for some.. but tapi kalau nak kira long term nye benefits.. i think its better.. than if we try some product yg harga nye murah bu belum tentu boleh elokkan.. or maybe kalau nasib tak baik make it worse in da end..

accutane - on 2 months
autumn lagi 4 hari cukup dua bulan on accutane course
kalau nak citer pengalaman, mcm on roller coaster ride lah..sebab i had a bad initial breakout. autumn mula breakout (blackhead beribu2) masa bulan puasa tahun lepas. pastu naik jerawat2 batu yg besar, try kasly 1 month x jalan sgt sbb serangan jerawat yg hebat..huhuhu..pastu pegi doc, dia kasi roaccutane 10mg. agak2 seminggu lepas tu jerawat batu yang berkembar 2-3 sume keluar, mcm bermutasi.. mcm takde harapan je nak elok ms tu
mmg kena sabar sgt makan dia sbb muka mmg hodoh sangat lagi2 dosage yg doc kasi kecil, jadi amik masa lebih lama. dosage kecil tapi side effect dia mungkin tak sbrp teruk kalau doc kasi 20-40mg sehari. bibir autumn mmg sentiasa harus taruh lip balm, muka kering esp hidung, dan rambut pun x berminyak so takyah cuci selalu.
La ni exactly hari ke 56 saya on accutane dan much2 better than before. ade tinggal 3 jerawat kecil nak surut dan muka dah licin takde bhead atau whead..haritu pegi klinik doc suntik steroid hydrocortisone kasi cepatkan jerawat kempis. kira2 autumn estimate dlm 2 minggu lagi autumn nye muka clear betul2, inshaAllah
oh selain tu autumn pakai benzoyl peroxide 10% + c-mycin antiboitic topical |

kita dah try CE ferulic ni..haiyyo bau mcm hotdog jer..sapu kat muka..tak lalu den..quite berminyak gak for me..so sapu sket2..
part oily tu leh tahan lagi, bab bau mcm hotdog tu bikin gua surrender..hihi |

maybe intan ketinggalan lrt ke hape...but i really need help...
intan baru beli retin A tadi...0.05%.... cream form.brand cilag...i'm soo ready to face the symptoms yg intan baca kat thread nih..
the thing is masa intan beli tadi...pharmacist tuh was too busy to xplain 2 me bout the application of this product....
so intan mengharapla bantuan from those yg experienced using retin A nih...
currently intan tgh pakai basic cellex-c skincare range..almost sebulan pakai..
no improvement yg satisfying on my skin...so i decided to add retin A in my skincare routine
hehe...jadi camne nak pakai retin A ni ek?mlm je ke...or siang?
nak apply kat whole face or just kat problem areas?

bb kalu gune retin a mmg x gune da seme toner bagai. cuci with cetaphil...pastu sapu retin a jek..lain tarak... sbb mende ni consider leh tahan kuat kan..bb xmo la campur ngan mender lain..takut reaction..lein plaaak jadiknye 
i dunno org lain..but if u ask me..malam just buh retin a je.. |

1)accutane tu boleh dapatkan prescription dari mane2 dokter ke dr dermatologist berdaftar je? sbb tgk kat website us, gile strict la prescription accutane ni..
2) ade tak sesape penah pakai retin-a (ape2 brand or subtype la) dgn krem antibiotic (cleocin T) or dgn salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.. sbb tgk kat net slalunye derang combine treatment sbb masing2 different function
3) retin-a kalo nak bli kat pharmacy kene ade surat dr ke? |

retin ngan AHA/BHA kalau tak silap takde masalah nak combine..but tak sesuai ngan benzoyl proxide..better pakai selang semalam.. |
