is the menu listed, taken correclty or need some adjustment..
BF : DCL Guara cofee + naan + boiled potatoes or baked beans
Lunch : Wholemeal bread spread with tuna + DCL GC
Dinner : Oranges + wholemeal bread toasted + plain water
been practising this for quite sometimes and i see it works for myself..but seems you read that book of yours and make you sound tenderly expert, your comments preferbably welcome..thanks |

Memang minum GC ni .....buat kita tak lapar..Cam mama cicah biskut 1- 2 keping sudah memadai.TAPI.....bahan terlarang utk diet FFL..Cara terbaik....JANGAN SIMPAN GC kat rumah laa..Kalau ada memang gatal aje tekak nak minum!:hmm: |

Kalau buat 1 minggu......memang betul2 laa (niat tu ada...harap2 tak kantoi) dan macam mama ni jenis lemak dah liat sangat kot.(sbb dulu pernah turun 10kg)
Agak2 boleh turun ke?
Tak mau tamak2 sangat....dpt 2 kg 1 minggu pun jadilah!!
Ada tak member2 lain yg spesies cam mama ni.......dah tinggal lemak degil aje..BOLEH TERHAKIS ke lemak liat tu??:cak: |

boleh mama...cuma kena disciplined aje! u if ak caya..cuba la seminggu. if cengkelat tu yg tak leh nak guarantee. FFL ni dia promotes healthy eating. dia suruh u makan quality food at the right time and right combination...then only ur body can be healthy and lose weight as a side effect. gemuk ni tak sihat...if we have excess fat, maknanya body kita tak efficient nak burn the excess energy...satu sebab dia tak efficient is kita pun selalu overeat! |

Mama ni memang tak lah boleh mati akal kalau tak jumpa nasi.
Boleh buat kot.......harap2 lah.
Part minum ....selepas makan tu.....kena tunggu 3 jam..:stp::stp:
Ni yg rasa tekak loya....sbb tak bilas dgn air kosong/suam ...
Hari ni start training.........cuba2 lah dulu.Lepas raya baru nak serius !!
Tapi tengah hari dah FAIL......terminum air gak..tak hengat lee:stp:
Tapi selepas 2 jam...Kena letak tanda AMARAN kat dapur nampak gayanya!!

tak pe mama...slowly but surely! selalunya i advise org to start the morning routine for a week. after that graduate to morning and lunch, then baru all 3 morning, lunch and dinner. tak la terkejut sgt ur system. but siapa yg cekal, will do all 3 at the word go. but diet2 ni memang perlu support group...to give semangat, to help and mainly to give moral support. if dah bertahun2 kita makan macam kita biasa makan, not easy to change overnight. it's a hard habit to break! so here we are, all in this thread...kira a FFL support group la!:pompom:

Sekarang ni kekadang 58kg ...........kekadang cam naik 59kg.

macam menarik je cara diet ni.... nampak macam tak susah... rasa nak try gak...nak kurangkan 3kg jer, tapi dah dekat setahun tak boleh turun-turun... :geram:
cuma masalahnya Leha suka susu:love: pagi-pagi kena makan dgn muesli... camana nak buang tebiat ni?
yang lunch rasanya boleh ikut.... cuma tang breakfast tu macam tengah fikir camana nak tinggalkan cintahati ku pagi-pagi tuu... rasa sedih dan sadist je :cry: ... kalau makan muesli dengan fruit juice macam weng semacam je ler pulak... dinner tu kalau makan nasi dengan vege gak, tak pe ke? ...
lagi satu Leha suka air kacang soya dengan tau fu fa... seminggu 4-5 kali mesti ada dalam menu... ni kalau diteruskan, tak pe ke? cuma tengah fikir nak sumbat time mana pulak yer... tau fu fa tu selalu makan masa lunch, kalau Leha tak makan nasi... air soya minum malam ...

muesli ni okay for fibre, but not for breakfast pasal dia ni tak fresh. it's highly processed. and definitely not with milk. FFL tak suka betul milk....but they say if u must have milk, have it on its own. not with other food.
dinner if u nak carbo boleh...but u wont be using the enery that the carbo is producing...tu yg if we makan carbo at night, we wont lose weight that fast. in fact sapa yg rajin ambik carbo malam and tak really jaga diet will find themselves putting on weight as time goes by. satu lagi...bila pulak u nak ambik protein? protein ni important for muscle-building.
soya...very good if not highly processed and without sugar. this can be the source of ur protein. but u cannot drink this with carbo. on its own and vege + fresh vege. if u eat tau fu fa during lunch..okay masalahnya sugar yg comes with it aje. i suka if tahu...japanese ke, yg square2 tu ke...buat sup dgn bayam. or goreng. makan as a main meal with sambal belacan/tumis (without taking the binatang in the sambal) with ulam.sedap wei!
