tulah pasal......

itu yg heran kalau mommy marcell buat new recipe with rice....macam tak penah yaneng jumpa lagi.....but well....maybe sedap kot...org german nie kan pelik .....hehehhe

teman ingatkan rope rendang tok,kari ramunggey
cam senang beno membuatnye



Sauerkraut

For 2.2lb (1 kg) cabbage (chopped):
0.7oz (20 g) salt;
1 medium carrot (grated);
some caraway, cow-berry or small cranberry
Mix all ingredients and put into glass jars (5-litter jars preferable) closely. Put above one cabbage leaf and piece of cloth. Put heavy load (about 4.4lb (2 kg) - bottle with water, etc.) above cloth. Keep 7 days in hot place. Spit the cabbage 1-2 times during fermentation

a'ah. inti buat mlm td, pas simpan dlm peti ais. pagi2 td tepek je kat roti. tetiba teringin nak makan lepas tgk gambo kak dila. hehehe. jadi sarapan aku pg nih..

lebih kurang lah boleh panggil kobis jeruk..
sauerkraut ni macam side dish je
makan cam tu je pun boleh...

kajian dari pakar cancer kata sauerkraut ni boleh menghindarkan dari terkena breast cancer for women and prostate cancer for men kerana kandungan vitamin C nyer yang tersangat tinggi..

glass jar = mommy marcell buat letak dalam crock (orang melayu panggil belanga kot)
rasa lagi sedap and asli (belajar dari nena = nenek german)
