itulah sis..rasa tk lgkap plok hidup kalau tggal exercise
tapi lepas exercise mmg rasa mood ok jerk sebab exercise nie rembeskan hormon baik utk kita..hehe

itulah sis..rasa tk lgkap plok hidup kalau tggal exercise
tapi lepas exercise mmg rasa mood ok jerk sebab exercise nie rembeskan hormon baik utk kita..hehe

kome mmg jenis sejak azali suker makan sis
yerlah family background pun business makan
so kene lah workout
but balance diet+ workout will lead tue amazing body
kome pernha praktik clean diet gaks..mmg cepat turun
tapi nie dah berat ideal..so belasah workout jerk..diet kdg2 ke laut gaks..haha

abg long..sebelum berkereta pun kome balik tiap2 minggu
ingat lagik nunggu bas kat pekeliling ter
bas kan banyak sejam sekali
sebab kalau kome duk KL..kome bukan reti duk diam...merayau jerk kejenya...hhahahaha

semalam exercise: upper body workout by KATHY SMITH..dumbell tinggal so kome ganti botol mineral saiz besar tuh
then sambung zuzana killer reps workout
