ANEKA CHEESE CAKE DAN TIRAMISU

Assalamualaikum...
maaflah ..lambat betoi nak dapat tulis kat sini..anak2 pakat demam...saya bukan lah chef..SAHM biasa2 ja..cuma suka2 buat cheese cake yang simple ja..

wokeh..ni resepinya..

Cheese cake
kek span
250g cream cheese philadelphia
60g gula
200 ml fresh cream/whipping cream
1 biji telor
1 sudu besar lemon juice

#semua saya blender sekali..pakai blender ja..kalau cam tersekat2...kacau sket pastu blender lagi..tapi make sure lah cream cheese tu dah lembut ..maknanya tak ler keras kejung keluar dari peti ais..

pastu letakkan kek span kat dalam springfoam...tuang adunan cream cheese tadi..unutk jadikan cam rupa kek dalam gambar tu...amik sikit cream cheese tu..campurkan dengan sedikit serbuk koko yg dilarut kan dgn air panas ataupon pakai jer kalau ada coklat cair hershey(sp??)..pastu buat bulatan besaq..kemuadian bulatan kecik sket..seterusnya sampai tengah..pastu amik lidi...tarik dari tengah..garisan ....jadilah cam spider web tu...

then bakar for 30 min..sejukkan for 3 hour...itu sahaja..

kalau dari kek saya tu..saya  pakai springfoam saiz 20cm.

selamat mencuba..resepi yang mudah ni...

P/s:mana2 cream cheese philly ni mmg ada recipe ni kot kat belakang dia..cuma pakai biskut kot..saya tak sure tapi yang kat sini mmg ada lah..resepi ni..

TQ haruki..
memang ada resepi kat kulit cheese cream tu tapi biasalah kekadang takut nak cuba unless dah nampak camner rupa kek tu..

nanti kak liza nak cuba but rite now..payah betui nak dapatkan cheese cream kat Kerteh ni...

ok..kak liza..selamat mencuba..tapi kak liza lagi lama dalam bidang memasak ni..banyak resepi kak liza yang memang sedap2 belaka...lupa plak nak habaq..masa membakar saya pakai temp 170...

memang betui kak liza kdah lama dalam masakan ni sebab mungkin kak liza minat memasak dan kebetulan keluarga kak liza suka makan apa jer yg kak liza buat dan hidangkan...:cak:

Saturday baru-baruni buat chilled peach cheesecake nak hadiahkan pada birthday anak member baik..

maklang, selalunye kalau I buat comot tu coz either cheese tak cukup set or gelatin/ agar2 kurang. kalau semua cukup insyaallah tak comot2 atau meleleh2. biasalah maklang, practice tu yang penting, lama lama tahulah silap kat mana. inipun pasal nak bagi kawan jadi buatpun with tender loving care coz if tak menjadi sape malu? kite jugak... sampai rasanya lama time spent kat menyusun peachtu, mujur menjadik...

sal_bole, lepas susun peach2 tu, I letak jelly and chill overnight..

Chilled Peach Cheesecake

Base
120g digestive biscuit
60g melted butter

Filling
(A)
250g Phila cream cheese
90g castor sugar
rind of 1 lemon
1Tb lemon juice
125ml peach syrup (from tin)
1Tb gelatine       )  dissolve and put aside
75ml hot water   )
3 piece half peaches or more -dice small

(B)
2 egg whites (hand whisk until soft peak)

Topping
sliced peaches
instant jelly
whipped cream

Method

1. Prepare crust using food processor (FP)-blend together biscuit and melted butter till well combine.(usually I double the base recipe coz my children loves the base) Line 8 inch round springform/loose base tin with foil and grease. Spread, press and chill base while preparing filling.
2. Beat cream cheese till soft and add in sugar until sugar dissolve, continue beating and add in rind, juice, peach syrup and dice peaches.Scrape bowl, pour in gelatine mixture and beat just until combine-not too long (iIf u don't want the  peaches texture to be too fine, add in now not before)
3. Beat egg white using hand whisk until soft peak. Pour into cheese mixture and mix well. Pour over chilled base and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
4. Decorate with peaches on top and  pour instant jelly and refrigerate again for a few hours.

sal_bole, I  beli instant jelly jadi ikut je instruction kat paket tu. oh ni ada satu resepi jelly

30g Instant Jelly powder  ) kacau
50-80g gula caster           ) dulu sebelum campur air
250g air                           

Masak sampai didih. Tutup biar suam sikit baru tuang atas buah.

base kek span tu haruki buat sendiri ke......jarang jumpe kek span yg siap di masak. xcept for yg instant dlm kotak.

Chilled Oreo Cheesecake

Base:
180g digestive biscuits crumbs
80g-90g melted butter

Filling:
(A)
250g cream cheese
80g full cream milk/fresh milk
50g icing sugar
10 oreo cookies break into 3 or 4

(B)
250ml whipping cream

(C)
1 tbsp gelatine powder
4 tbsp hot water

Method:
1. Line 18cm round mould with aluminium foil and grease.
1. Toss biscuit crumbs into melted butter and press firmly on to base of cake pan. Chill in the fridge.
2. Beat whipping cream till soft peak.
3. Double boil (C) until gelatine powder dissolved. Keep warm.
4. Cream (A) until smooth and creamy. Pour in gelatine mixture, beat until combine and stir in whipped cream.
5. Fold in the crushed oreo cookies.
6. Pour mixture into tin.  Chill for 4 hours.
7. Decorate with some fresh cream and finely crushed oreo.
