Boleh tak Mutia suggest waktu makan dengan contoh menu....misalnya bf, break pukul 10 sebagai panduan...tengah gigih utk misi mengempiskan perut dan mengecilkan bahu

Breakfast 7:30 am:
omelette
overnight oats
multigrain toast, scramble egg atau rebus, avocado
multigrain toast, scramble egg mix with cottage cheese and chia seeds, smoke salmon
multigrain toast, peanutbutter no sugar, banana
prptein pancake
banana bread french toast

mid-morning meal 10 am and mid-afternoon meal 3 pm:
protein shake
fruits (to loose weight, eat fruits in the morning)
smoothie
clean banana bread
clean banana cake
almonds
rye biskuit with peanut butter
calery with peanut butter
baby carrots with hummus
clean cookies

Lunch:
10 grains/brown rice/ quinoa with any clean protein (jika berkuah, samada skip the kuah atau ambil sikit jer unless jika ianya clean soup) and clean steamed vegetables or clean fry vegetables

dinner:
same as lunch but minus 10 grains, brown rice and quinoa

Salam smua..mel datang balik..baru check berat mel alhamdulilah dh 66 yang latest..dh mula dengar orang kata mel dh slim hehe..tapi mel masih geram peha n punggung besar..may be dulu asyik buat squat kot huhu...just nak tanya senaman time posa better bila?...masih blur time dia hehe

Mel ..... some people say right before berbuka and some people say after berbuka atau after tarawikh dan ada juga pilih after sahur

My side of view: I am lifting weight and I need energy to be able do that and I choose at 9 pm. I don't have sleeping problem after that coz I didn't drink any pre-workout.
Sesiapa yg ada problem tidur after buat exercise then choose before berbuka.

Apapun pilihan kita ..... its okay as long kita BUAT exercise  pilih timing yg sesuai with our schedule and doing it

Sai ... sebenarnya tak der spot reduction exercise (well kecuali for butt program but still kena buat whole body exercise)

So its little bit difficult to answer that question

Suda mula exercise.... setelah 3 tahun stop... JM level 1....haiih sakit semua badan.... apa cara nak reduce sore mucsle yer.... nak buat second day macam x sanggup jer....

glad that you guys still looking forward for keep fit
I am in PTD cadetship right now
and everyday exercise is COMPULSARY
I dah lost 4 kg since 2 month here coz need the stamina for askar and bomba module
keep up the good work guys
dah tak boleh nak online sebab hidup sgt hectic smpai mandi pun sekali sehari je kengkadang

Kecilkan lengan will happen jika u r losing fat (do clean eating) .... toning lengan untuk elak tangan tak lembik atau gleber (wujud ker bahasa gleber hehehehe).

Semasa kita losing fat ...part yg paling troublesome will be the last part yg mengecil .... so keep doing what u r doing dear
