bestlah info ade dalam nie
last week baru start yg first routine jer
every morning makan buah as breakfast sbb tak sempat nak buat jus
ok kan yela mcm tuh ?

pastu lunch makan gaklah nasi ke mee ke tapi bab air tuh lepas makan mesti seteguk
pastu terus tak minum sampai 1 jam baru minum sket
lepas 3 jam baru minum byk2x air
mlm lak tgk keadaan
kalau keluar makan takde pantanglah
kalau kat rumah just makan buah jer
ok lah kot yer ???

yela...boleh tak you rangkakan menu for 7 days.. at least sesiapa yang tak boleh nak fikir menu boleh guna menu tu.. takut menu sendiri lari dari landasannya.. al-maklum tak baca lagi buku tu.. vitamin2 x payah nak makan ker??

just fruits, no yogurt please! and fruits only 30 mins u have to wait before u can drink. sebab fruits ni cepat digested...provided they are fresh and no cooked or processed. so people...always go for fresh fruits!

if tak sempat nak buat juice, makan buah aje okay. make sure u drink plain water after 30 mins of consuming the fruits.

malam u nak eat fruits pun okay...but try to eat bayam ke sawi ke even if u nak ratah aje pasal they are a good source of calcium!

nak update sikit ...
4 days buat this diet.. best gak..
sunday x amalkan.. off day lah katakan..  tapi makan tu kena bercatu-catula .. ala kadar je..
berat cam tak turun.. tapi seluar jeans tu rasanye dah loose sikit la..

monday start balik..
yela nak tanya sikit.. lunch tadi i makan kfc tapi ambil kentang + salad + roti.. ok ke..

esok raya .. nampaknye takjadi le ffl ni..

hr ni punya menu pun fail
bf = nescaffe ais
lunch = coke light
dinner= x tau nak mkn apa, tp rasanya juadah untuk hr raya esok
esok dan lusa rasanya off
sbb sis i buat korban sampai 1 ekor lembu,sapa nak habiskan tu?sian lembu tu x der org nak mkn
hr khamis start balik kot diet.Insyaallah lps raya haji saya akan berpendirian tegas terhadap diri saya.
nak kurus,nak kurus,nak kurus.
Yela jgn bosan plak dgn saya ni yg selalu fail.
Selamat Hari Raya Korban untuk semua masyarakat diet kat sini dan terima kasih x terhingga kat yela yg byk memberi perangsang.

i pun semalam makan macam tak sedar diri! bedal segalanya!

but today...dah start dah. kena la..pasal semalam je put on 1 1/2 kg! crazy!

Yela, nak tanya kenapa org selalu ckp kena ambik breakfast klu tak nanti metabolism rate menurun....
Klu kita ambik fruits je dikira breakfast jugak ke...
Sbb selalu org ckp makan heavy breakfast, lunch kurang heavy sikit then dinner ambik something light jek...need ur help to clarify this...TQ TQ

hi ye la.....

today, first day buat ffl nih....

b/fast = air kosong-1 gelas.... after 10 mnts, 1 bj epal & 1 bj oren...... ( tak sempat nk buat jus )

lunch = after 3 hours, air kosong 1 gelas, after 10 mnts, 4 keping roti wholemeal ngan tomato.....
actually baru habis makan pun.. he..he.. lapar sbb pg tadi mkn buah jer... so skrg ni dahaga bebeno tekak nih... tp still tahan lag la....

dinner = tak tau lg... maybe 2 ketul ayam sambal + 1 bj tonato.... he..he...

ok tak ye la.... ?

weight skrg : 59kg
height : 1.62 cm
-actually baru lepas deliver.... last weight before deliver 70ks !!
weight before pregnant : 55 kg
berat idaman : 52-53kg......

hopefully tercapai lah impianku....:pray:

breakfast memang kena makan...cuma ffl promotes fruits n fruit juices. and this one pun ada carbo but it's not a complex carbo. it's more the sugar in the fruits...and these are not empty calories, there are the one with nutrients!!

memang dinner kena light that's why we dont take carbo pasal we dont need that much energy at night.

and i believe in taking carbo for lunch pasal we need the energy most during the day.
