wani advice kalau beginner guna api bwh je la dulu.
nanti dh 10 minit nk hbs masa boleh tukar ke api atas bwh.
tp kalau dh 'faham' perangai oven sendiri, terpulang lah mcm mana.
wani selesa utk guna api bwh sahaja.
tp kalau nk guna api atas dan bawah, bolehla tutup loyang kek dengan penutup periuk atau aluminium foil

pehtu wat 3 layer boh mousse n potongan pisang berangan
pehtu salut ngan mousse keseluruhan kek
last skali baru curah chocolate ganache (resepi yg sue bagi dulu)

jadi la camtu....
