Resepi sate ayam merecikkk
(untuk 1ekor ayam)
.
BAHAN2
-1 ekor ayam (ambil kesemua isi ayam, potong dadu, cuci n toskan)
❗kulit ayam jgn buang ye, potong kecik, n perapkan sekali isi ayam)
Bhn blend
-2 labu bwg besar
-5 ulas bwg merah (xnk letak pon Xpe, letak lg sedap)
-1 labu bwg putih
-2 Inci halia
-4 btg serai
(satukan kesemua bhn n blend dgn sdikit air)
.
Bhn perap
-2 keping gula melaka (potong kecil2/hiris2)
-1 ½ cwn gula (kena manis, baru sedap)
-2 sk garam
-4 sk serbuk kunyit
-3 sb serbuk jintan manis
.
CARA2
-dlm bekas besar, masukkan isi ayam yg tlh ditoskan.. Masukkan bhn blend + bhn perap..
-gaul sebati..
-boleh tambah apa yg kurang, gula/garam..
-perap semalaman Klu nk sedap.. (sy perap blk keje smlm, ptg td baru bkr)
-bila dh perap, baru cucuk ye..
-nk sedap, selitkan kulit ayam dibhgian tgh..
-lebihan perapan td,ambil sedikit, letak dlm mangkuk kecil, n tambahkan sedikit minyak masak.. (untuk renjiskan masa bakar, guna 1 btg serai ketuk hujungnya)
-sy bakar td, dlm 5min dah Masak, sbb dh perap semalaman..
-masa bakar tu renjiskan dgn bhn renjis ye.. Biar sate tu, basah je..
Mkn camtu pon dh sedap, sbb dah cukup rasa..

KUAH KACANG
Bahan2
-1 ½ cwn kacang tanah (goreng tanpa minyak, buang kulit, n blend/tumbuk separa halus. Sy blend je, jgn hlus sgt ye)
-segenggam cili kering (potong, rebus)
-2 labu bwg besar
-2 Inci halia
(blend bhn bertnda dgn sdikit air)
-1 btg serai (ketuk)
-2 kpg gula melaka
-1/2 cwn gula
-garam
-3 cwn air
-1 kotak santan
-2 kpg asam keping
.
Cara2
-panaskan minyak, jgn sikit sgt, jgn byk sgt..
-tumiskan bhn blend, masukkan serai.. (tumis smpai pecah minyak)
-masukkan kacang, gaul sebati..
-masukkan air, biar mndidih.. (api slow)
-Nmpk dh kering sikit, masukkan santan, gula melaka, gula, garam, n asam..
-masak sampai kuah Jd pekat..
-rasakan n boleh tmbh apa yg kurang..
-siap

BIHUN SUP CHINESE STYLE
BAHAN-BAHAN :
Bihun (celur)
15 ekor Udang
sederhana besar
Fish Ball
Pati kiub ayam seketul
1 labu bawang putih (tumbuk)
Cili padi merah/hijau
Cuka
Kicap Cair
1 sdb serbuk lada hitam kasar
BAHAN HIASAN :
Sawi Jepun Celur
Broccoli Celur
Fish Cake goreng hiris nipis
Bawang putih goreng
CARA-CARANYA :
Tumis bawang putih yg telah di tumbuk tadi hingga perang. Keluarkan separuh minyak bersama bawang putih tadi kedlm mangkuk, separuh lagi di biarkan dlm periuk.
Utk supnya masukan air secukupnya kedlm periuk berisi bawang putih tadi. Kuah terpulang pada korang nk banyak mana ok.
Kemudian masukkan kiub pati ayam, fish ball, udang, serbuk lada hitam, garam dan sedikit gula..Reneh beberapa minit jer ok siap..
Sambal kicap, cmpur kicap cair , cuka dan hirisan cili padi merah hijau kacau rata.
Cara hidangan bihun bersama sup bawang putih goreng tadi, sayur sawi jepun, broccoli dan fish cake goreng, sambal kicap, boleh rujuk pada gambar.
