tuhari wat pun still lekat gak walaupun pueh sapu shortening kat dasar acuan..
lenkali rasanya nk wat acuan mcm kak han lah..[tetiba blurr tatau nama acuan yg tak lekat tuh]..takpun guna silicon pan..

lerrr.... orang pakai oven konventional pun boleh je melly. kalau microwave convction, bila nak pakai oven kan kena tutup microwave. nape pulak tak boleh. tapi jangan le pakai api atas je. sah-sah le kek awak hangus nanti

dan akak pun suka guna loyang yang berlubang tu..

weekend sut buat kek gula hangus resepi puan halimah..1 kukus dan 1 lagi bakar...result nya yang bakar lagi umpphhhhh terangkat...sut kurangkan gula dan susu manis..bestttt...tp sayang 1 resepi dapat sikit aje..

2nd time buat - baru jadi elok tapi sarang tebuannya kurang


3rd / 4th - tak banyak sarang tapi okaylah janji rasa sama
cam beli kat makcik kuih tu..

ni 5th time


semua dah okay..except tak cantik cam kek yg maklang buat..

kenapa my kek hangus nih jadi 2 layer lah pulak...atas mcm kek span, bwh baru mcm sarang tebuan...masa nak masak tu, bagusss jer dah disatukan adunan tu... xceli rasa mmg sedap..tapi mcm pelik la pulak...

emmm pesal ek....sifu2 kek hangus, kasi tau sat apa kemungkinan sebab musababnya.......
