gen kdg tghari no choice kene gak mkn nasik tp gen amek skit jelah nasik tu
pstu mlm gen mkn nasik gak tp cikit ajelah.. kalo pg psr gen beli sayur peberet..
pstu gen mkn sayur lbh dari nasik kenyang la... buah agak jarang sbb tak pat nak carik
huhuhu gen kalo ikotkan ari2 eksesais naik tangga kt upis n kt umah hokeh |

gen minom ais kt umah aje.. air sejuk dlm peti.. kalo air masak bese tak lalu
kalo panas2 suam tu boleh la telan |

bukan takat sambal aje, nak masak asam pedas pun kena minyak banyak gak, masak gulai kawah kena buh santan dan kerisik jugak so nak u-turn makanan tue bagi ana yg dah sebati teramatlah susah |

muka berjerawat bagi ana bukan sbb makanan bergoreng tapi sbb sinus ataupun sbb gunakan pencuci muka yg x bersesuaian so mmg cepat jawat naik disamping piyed, xleh nak elak |

okeh dlm masa sminggu insyaAllah gen boleh disiplin.. tak amek fasfud atau frozen fud..
dan mkn pong boleh la dikurangkan kuantiti lemak dan carbs... hiteewww... yg pntg gen kalo ade
sayor peberet gen bleh kurangkan aje mknn len.. sbb dah kenyang ratah sayor.. |

teringat kata kaka jazaa, kadang kala ada org yg peyut lebh tinggi dari dadanya, camner tue |
