kaler kuning tu tak brapa terang...takut nak letak lebih...kang ter'kuning'...takut plak nak makan...

ni dah teringat2 kuih ni kat rumah...:mll:

thanks kak liza...tapi byk lagi kena perbaiki...
so far huda puas ati..puas ati dr segi susah payah buat & makan...
before this huda buat cheesecake, buttercake...etc...makanla 1 slice..
tapi kuih ni huda makan banyakkkkkkkkkkkkkk.......:lol

a'ah yg kepala tu berair skit....mmg air gula tu kuar...santan tak cukup...so huda tambah air skit...kepala tu a bit lembik compared dgn yg bhgn bawah....tapi sedapppppppppppppp....

oooo  macam tu kalau santan tak cukup tak apa ...fungsi santan disini untuk melemakkan kuih .........tapi memang untuk first timer jadi kuih nhuda buat..lenkali ada gath buat yea....boleh rasa air tangan org lain.nhuda guna loyang bulat berapa inci?  nhuda beli santan pekat fresh atau kelapa parut kisar sendiri?

tu la..tak cukup lemak...huda guna loyang bulat 24cm (springfoam)..ni la loyang paling besar yg boleh masuk kukusan tu. mula2 nak guna loyang 4segi 9 x 9...tak muat...kuih pun jadi tinggi skit...

santan huda beli santan pekat fresh kat pasar..beli RM2..lain kali kena beli lebih

tak tau agak tepung ngan santan
rasa kurang lemak
pastu keras sket

Dah lama tak buat kuih talam....;) kebetulan ada jagung cream, terus buat talam jagung kaklliza. Maklang buat 1/2 adunan jer coz yg nak makan tak ramai, bawak g opis jamu diarang makan.





Thks kakliza, sedap talam jagung nih...opismate ingat talam suji... den ni talam suji tak lulus lagi laa.....
