shidaaziz, malam ni nak cuba recipe di atas tu tapi without basenya, tapi I'll tukar dengan whipping cream (dalam kotak selalu tulis whip or pour, bukan whipped cream).......hasilnya akan post esok..... |

shida nak cuba gak buat cheese kek ni. tapi sebab dia tulis single cream & pakai tepung optima, tu yang tak jalan lagi. actually shida pun nak buat without base. cantik sangat cheese cake tu. |

Single cream can be replace with whipping cream/double cream,
the diffrent between Single cream and whipping cream is Single cream cannot be whip and has less fat content,while whipping/double can be whipped.......
Bread crumb or Optima flour can be replace by cake/superfine flour or sponge mix |

hasil kek chanel, buat half tapi sikit.......topnya i didn't kasi terlalu brown sebab takut over baked sebab mengambil masa yang lama.....next time nak buat the whole recipe sebab i think 22 cm springform pan tu macam boleh muat......tak ada pisau dan since patah masa angkat tu biarkan saja dan makan macam tu saja...... the real cake looks much better dari dalam gambar tu dan actually tidak really turun ke tengah, itu disebabkan oleh piring tu....he he......rasa lemon....dan gambar not clear......

.Baked creamy cheesecake
250 gm Disgestive biscuits,blend in the food processcerr till fine and smooth
125 gm butter,melted
2 tbs sugar (kak Noor guna 1 sudu kecil aje)
Mix all ingredients together and stir till wel mix,then press it onto the bottom and side of a 8 inch springfoam tin.
Chill in fridge while prepare the filling.
For the filling:
500 gm cream cheese
150 gm sugar ( guna 120 g saja, nampak nya sedang elok tak manis tak tawar)
4 eggs (m),lightly beaten with a folk
1/4 cup of whipping/double cream
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 180'c.
Cream the cream cheese and sugar till light.(carefull not to over cream the mixture)
Stir the lightly beaten eggs in (stir in bits by bits with a spatula till wel mix),then follow by adding the lemon juice,vanilla essence and cream,stir till wel blend.
Pour the filling onto the prepared base and bake in the oven for abt 55 to 1 hour.
Cool the baked cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour before taking it out to the room temperature.
Wel chill before serve....

last nite swift buat baked creamy cheesecake resepi dari chanel. Buat half portion jer, coz philly cream cheese cuma ada satu kotak jer. Mmg marvellous la cake ni. Actually first time in my life I buat cheesecake. Tak sangka plak it turns out alright. alamak shida..tak de amek gambor pun. Bukannya apa..tak reti-reti nak upload gambor kat sini. Ari tu dah katam dah baca cara-cara nak letak..tapi maleh plak nak cuba. Lagi pun masa tu nak upload gambo kat photobucket pun ada masalah ari tu...nanti lah kalu buat lagi, swift akan try.
neway, swift guna api pelan sket dari yg dlm resepi chanel tu, guna steam-bake method. swift guna 160 instead of 180. And also, cake tu dah masak after about 30 minutes jer. Maybe sebab buat half adunan jer. Lepas off kan oven, biar sat kat dlm tu with pintu dia renggang sket. After a few hours, baru masuk kat dlm fridge. Surface cake tu very nice and smooth. Nasib baik dia tak jadi grand canyon..hehhe |
