Today I masak yr ayam goreng chili fr buka puasa. Cant wait to try, look very nice. I tak dpt cari asam keping here in Calgary so I pu tomatoes instead of asam keping! Thanks very easy and nice recipe

by right rendang ayam nih mmg ghupernyer sedikit relai.. tp tak ler sampai hancur..kang jadik serunding laks
kalau guna ayam muda,jgn masukkan ayam sama naik dgn kuah...renih kuah dulu..halfway masuk ayam..then masak sampai kering
ade gak yg guna teknik 'searing' [utk sealed moisture dlm ayam n mengelakkan cepat relai] then masak ayam dgn rendang sekali gus..tp kene minimakan kandungan liquid sesedikit mungkin
pilihan lain..guna ayam kampung atau ayam pencen..mmg tak mudah hancur n lagi sedap dr ayam muda biasa

nak ganti ayam dgn daging?
ikut ler berapa kilo timbangan ayam tu...tuko dgn daging n  kurangkan timbangan sebab daging padat dgn isi..ayam byk tulang

Thanks ninoz kerana sudi menjawab soalan saya! sebetulnya saya tak biasa masak ayam/daging ni semua tulah blurr nih ingat klu ada open house 1 hari boleh masak sendiri

Ira - sorry la lambat jawab. Lupa ada posting resepi rendang tu kat sini. Hehehe. MAcam ninoZ bgtau tu ok la. Ada setengah orang dia bagi santan tu mendidih sket baru masuk ayam. Saya masuk kesemua bahan tu dgn santan skali dan masak. Api jangan terlalu kuat sgt dan jangan la selalu kacau takut ayam tu hancur. KAlau daging pun lebih kurang gak.

Posh67 - Congratulation! Memang sedap letak tomatoes instead of asam keping. Promote it to your friends there!

Takpe narcolepsy, i akan simpan resipi nih..t kasih.  btw nak tanya, pada yg terror2 kat sini klu i dapat resipi utk buat 1 ekor ayam, jika i nak buat utk 6 ekor ayam, bahan2 tu nak dikali dgn berapa? i.e 2 ekor ayam x 1.5 bahan dari resipi ke?

ramai yg buat rendang ayam/daging sempena raya ni kan..zie pun tak terkecuali..zie guna resepi kak liza sbb 1st trial dulu sedap..lenkali boleh cuba resepi lain.

soulha pun dah cuba rendang kak liza nie..DK yg suggestkan..walla meletoppp..bak kata kak liza..hilang penat kak dapur kena puji....tk berapa kering big boss suka yg berkuah.

nak tanya... camna klu nak kasi ayam tuh x mudah hancur bile kita buat rendang?

sbb yg selalu buat kat rmh tuh...
siap goreng ayam tuh dulu (separuh masak)...
supaya dia x hancur masa kita buat rendang nanti....
