Ohh..it's ok..i xtaula i ni obese ke gemuk ke x..tp i bukan slim la..haha..ada org ckp ok je badan i skng cuma certain part je..tp biasa la pempuan nak kurus n nampak cantik jek..hehe..pastu i selalu tgk org klau berisi or gemuk ni kalau sakit susah la compare tu org yg slim..pengalaman i jaga nenek n aunty i,bila diorg dah x boleh berjalan..mmg amat susah..bukan nak ckp susahkan org lain,tp cmtu la kan..skng ada sorg lg aunty i yg dah kena potong kaki sbb diabetes..i tgk mmg susah nak bergerak..so,hopefully ng i kurangkan berat i,i dpt kurangkan penyakit n klau sakit pun xdela org susah sgt..hehe

so,klau nak mintak adv u utk lose weight boleh la kan?hehe

sure, no problems. first thing first, maintain weight yg u ada sekarang; also, really think about what weight you wanna be.. cant lose too much, the brain will allow only up to 10% weight loss..and only very slowly as well.. and if u tak careful, the brain remembers what your weight before and will try to get back to what it was.

owh.. for asians, normal BMI is 18-23, overwt is 23-25; asians ada more medical probs with weight compared to caucasians, tu yg BMI for caucasians is 25-29 is overweight. personally i tak setuju dgn category asians tadi sebab it is developed based on chinese population.. ie lain genetic make up nyer.. however, i can see the need for trending to a lower bmi.

OK, sounds cool; and i agree with you that if its for a common good then semua org boleh belajar.

First thing first, jangan ada aim yang terlampau high..eg nak lose 20-30kg..we know that losses this big will cause the neural connections in the brain to fight back..the brain will think that you need to put on weight back to survive, so u will get alot of that 20-30kgs tu. losing 20-30 kgs ni only dapat if u buat Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass (RYGB) or you ada penyakit yg buatkan you gain that weight dan penyakit tu kemudiannya di ubati eg org yg hypothyroid boleh hilang alot of weight bila hypothyroid dia tu diubati properly.

I can't comment on it coz I never doing it and I don't like to eat something extreme and extreme reducing macro nutrient and I know I can't stick to it up until I become grandma

Mutia hanya guna almond milk on my smoothie and overnight oats.

If u want to drink just like that (like drink cow's milk) maybe u can drink rice milk (never try it but I heard taste better than almond milk)

First of all, maintain weight yg ada:
jalan cepat (brisk walk) for 45minutes everyday; pace dia is fast enough that u takleh whistle tapi still boleh bercakap. if u berlari utk 45minutes ni, u will be hungry after..u then will end up makan pulak, dan terus TAMBAH calories pulak..
this 45minutes ni tak masuk yg jalan pi pasar, jalan pi kedai etc..ni 45minits yg pure extra.
remember that walking burns 6kcal/minutes (cake slice yg 100gram is generally 450kcal...you do the maths)

secondly kene makan 3 meals per day; jgn miss especially breakfast.
if u rasa u mkn banyak, beli pinggan yg maybe 10% lebih kecik dari sekarang.
dalam sepuluh kali makan guna pinggan yg 10% kecik ni, u dah kurangkan 1 meal, tanpa rasa lapar. if u diet eg makan sikit je, then u will rasa lapar and your brain will tell u to seek out food..so diet tu akan terbengkalai semula.

ada research yg kata if u starve 2 hari seminggu it can help; ni mimick Islamic recommendation yg galakkan kita puasa 2 hari seminggu; starving tak sama dgn puasa (fasting).

Good idea about the smoothie and types of smoothie ingredients .... I can use still hp holder to shoot the video. Utk cooking little bit chalengging coz tak der sesiapa yg dapat hold my hp while shooting it.
