..black tiger yg beku tu...aku punya sambal cuko power..sebab aku potong cabai kering besaq2 katam jari..lepas tu bawang besaq bwg puteih pun aku rebuis sekali....rebuis biaq bagi lembik..lepas tu tapis bagi bijik cabai tu keluaq..bila nak blender tu boh minyak masak sikit lepas tu baru blend....sure sambal jadi eloknya...

meja aku kena gersang la ni...takleh mekap2...habis kena noda ngan anak aku hat kecik tu...:bgrin:

boleh niko....kalau hang bagi kat aku....aku leh buat lebih itam merelit lebih dari kak alahai buat.....cuma, hang perlu masak.....pas ti......hangboleh buat gheja lain......tidoq kaa...tengok tb kaa...pas 2 jam...hang boleh pii tengok....mesti menjadi.......itam legam merlit....semua ada kat daging tuu....:cak:

aku dulu besa gak bakaq sate guna dapoq gas..habis api dia makan lidi,tggal sate saja terkontang kanting..wakakakakak kak aku kata,iskhh cuba tgk bodo tak bodo :lol

aku pernah gak...tapi , aku guna arang laa.....bakaq 20 cucuk......punya dok kipas n control api....tak sedaq....terbakaq habis lidi 20 cucuk yang aku buat........nasib baik tak kena beletiaq.......

kalau nak boh dalam oven tak bagi terbakaq..hang kena rendam lidi tu 4 lima jam dalam air....sebelum hang cucuk daging....itu teori yg pernah aku baca....aku belum apply lagik..sebab lebih praktikal pakai non stick pan nie...dia punya kesedapan lebih dari pakai oven. Pakai oven kering....Non stick pan tu...hang jagn cari yg leper...cari yg macam aku punya...bergerigi...ut segalan jenih aktiviti "pembakaran"......hahahahaha

Kalau dalam oven sambe bakaq..mana hang boleh dok percik minyak+madu etc ataih satay tu....tu yg dia jadi tak "merelit"
