as long as cheese tu smooth, medium to high speed....jangan overbeat semasa masukkan/selepas masukkan telur.  Selalunya beat on low speed until just combined.

Lupa nak bagi tahu. Jo guna digestive biscuit kan. Tapi shida tukar pakai oreo. so base dia kaler itam le. lepas tu shida punya kek memang kena letak blueberry filling kat atas. kalo tak letak, nampak le permukaan dia yang retak :cak:

Sour cream tu apa? Kenapa resepi cheese cake mat saleh byk guna sour cream ye? Whipping cream boleh tak buat icing decoration?

selalunya topping dengan gelatine, fruits, icing sugar, chocolate, chocolate curls dan lain-lain campuran buat topping.....
whipping cream decoration macam jarang, maybe rasa dia tak complements cheesecake?

Shida, kalau gunakan biskut oreo ok tak? maksud aries manis ke tidak eh as biskut oreo ni kan ada creamnya? tempohari masa aries buat cheese cake, aries gunakan biskut marie aje as the base...

Aries, shida memang guna oreo. elok je tak manis sangat. tapi creamnya kena buang le. pakai biskut je. teringin nak guna digestive biskut pulak. shida suka biskut tu.

Time mula2 dpt resepi cheesecake blur_cherry, mmg sokmo try smpai naik muak mkn cheesecake.
Then, try lak resepi yg lain.
Pastu try lak yg unbake nyer lak.
Lelama, bila dh lama tinggal arena pembuatan cheesecake, bebaru nih nk try wat lak, it didn't turn out well la!
Frust sgt base dia tak jadi lak!
Base tu tak mau attach ngan cheese.
Dah la tuh, base dia jd pecah2.
Apsl yek?
Is it sbb base tuh terlalu padat or what?
Mmg tak guna acuan spring form sbb tak beli lg.
Just guna acuan biasa and lapik ngan aluminium foil.
Dulu ok jek bila dipotong but yg terbaru nih, bila potong jek, base tuh retak and pecah2 and terpicah dr cheesenya.

tak cukup butter kut tenko. ataupun tak cukup biskut tu. shida blender je biskut tu. buat sampai halus. rasanya kalau tekan bagi padat tu le yang paling elok pasal dia leok bercantum satu dengan lain.

nasib baik shida buat last week menjadi. risau gak kan pasal buat cheese cake ni tak kena gaya tak menjadi.

Selalunya guna biskut marie.
Mmg blend and campurkan dgn butter cair.
Rasanya dh tekan padat2 dh dlm acuan tuh.
If terbalikkan acuan, mmg tak kuarnya la base tuh.
Or is it mmg kena tambah lg butter tuh sbb bila bakar dia akan jd kering skit?:hmm:

basenya should not be berderai/crumble, masukkan enough butter sehingga adunan tu boleh melekat, a little bit macam dough.....

Emmm... maybe tang tu yg silap tuh!
Tak cukup ok utk jd ala2 dough kot!
Selama nih buat mmg tak ada resepi khusus utk basenya tuh.
Just uli sesedap jari jek.
Agak2 leh compress dlm loyang so kira ok la tuh.

Tenko, tempohari Aries pun pakai biskut marie buat base utk cheesecake...
Aries pakai loyang biasa then alas dgn aluminium foil...
mungkin mmg base yg buat kekurangan butter kot?

baru berkesempatan metype recipe ni, dari magazine delicious

note:  

* jangan tuang terlalu banyak dalam papercups sebab susah nak angkat nanti...tapi most probably ada lebi h adunan kalau tuang tak penuh.
* lebih elok makan hari tu juga sebab lama-lama swirl berry puree tu akan jatuh ke bawah.....
* kek ni akan turun semasa sejuk.....


            


Raspberry Swirl Cheesecakes

1 cawan (kira-kira 10) finely ground biskut Oreo (termasuk filling)
40g unsalted butter, dicairkan
1/2 cawan frozen raspberries, thawed
2 tbsp icing sugar, diayak
375g cream cheese
1 cawan (220g) caster sugar
3 biji telur
1 tsp vanilla

Cara:

1.  Panaskan oven ke 170 degree Celcius.  Masukkan papercups dalam muffin pan (12 lobang)
2.  Campur biskut Oreo yang dihancurkan dengan melted butter.
3.  Bahagikan campuran tadi ke dalam papercups dan tekan.  Bakar selama 5 minit, sejukkan.
4.  Mash raspberries dengan garpu dan tapis buang bijinya.  Masukkan icing sugar.
5.  Cream cheese mix dengan mixer hingga fuffy.  Masukkan caster sugar perlahan-lahan.  
6.  Masukkan telur satu persatu, beating well after each addition.  Masukkan vanilla.
7.  Tuang campuran cheese tadi ke papercups, place small drops ~ 1/2 tsp puree berry tadi dan swirlkan.
8.  Bakar 10 - 15 minit until just set.  Open oven door dan biarkan cake tadi sejuk di dalam oven yang sudah dimatikan.

kak mag, shida dah cuba resepi blueberry cheesecake tu. sedap. tapi shida tak berapa suka letak kulit lemon dalam tu. rasanya kureng. len kali shida tak mo letak kulit lemon.
