leh makan nek...cam i lagi crazy kot.....asal makan yg rasanyer cam kalori tinggi.....terus buat brisk walking...kire2 denda laaaa...walaupun makan sikit....smlm tgnk marathon OPRAH WINFEY lagiler semangat...depa lagi berat sampai 220 paun turun 150paun....proud laa tngk depa .....

takde mende magic dlm dunia ni....u mesti exercise+diet....dgn berat u camni.....sure it will takes time jgn give up.......must do it everyday without fail....buat slow...especiallly avoid fast food....minuman manis....+ don't drink ice.....kalu u takut nak exercise yg susah2...try swimming....kalu tak leh swimming pun takpe...just jln dlm air......buat lah mula 10lap....pastu up sikit...berkesan tau.....pi laaa gym......kalu budget lagi yg paling murah.....jogging....cuba tiap2 hari keliling padang....jgn jog tau...coz mula2 kang takut jadi apa2 lak....briskwalk...pastu minum air bnyk2.....kalu buleh ice avoid ler.......even u leh nak amik pil but make sure diet + exercise........kalu tak telan bergelen2 pun tak mujarab....one more thing u r still young...metabolisme u tinggi......

so bila berbuka mkn yogur+wholemeal bread 2kpg + apple
rsa2nye ok x???
ape lg yg ptut di tambah erk??ni target nk trun 10kg ni..hadoiii letih
x sempat nk exercise sbb tgh bz sgt2..ishhh malas sbnrnye..

exercise? jalan2 jer dulu...try jog,tapi semput:kant:

peha girl jer rasanya 10kg plus dari yg sepatutnya utk each peha(paham tak ayat berbelit ni)
