Katakan baki sekarang ialah RM10 dan tempoh aktif sampai 5 Jun.So bonus RM5 tanpa tempoh sah menyebabkan baki terkini anda ialah RM15 dan tempoh aktif masih kekal 5 Jun. Kalau tempoh sah hari ni sekalipun, dengan penambahan bonus RM5 hanya menambahkan baki kredit sahaja dan tidak melibatkan penambahan tempoh sah.
p/s : Kalau top up biasa RM5, biasanya tempoh sah sampai 3 hari |

Memang Celcom show balance tuh tinggal kosong...Tapi bila dah topup, balance tuh akan keluar balik plus ngan nilai yang kita baru topup. Contohnya jika bila check balance lepas 5 June tuh akan jadi kosong walaupun ada balance RM5 tak pakai lagi. Bila kita topup RM10 maka dia akan appear balik plus balance RM5 jadi RM15. Ramai customer confius pasal nih. Dorang ingat Celcom dah telan balance kredit tuh, tapi sebenarnya still ada lagi. |
