setuju ngan petite.. kontrol makan nasi dgn cara yg bijak..

hari raya nanti jumpa jgk nasik, ketupat, lemang, pulut rendang, nasi minyak, nasi beriani, lontong, nasi impit etc...

takut berat turun tak makan nasi tu naik balik 2 kali gande je..

tadi saja2 la naik my weighing scale...boleh pulak my weight jadi 65KG????!!!! depressi sekarang ni! nak makan banyak2 time buka nanti!!

    yang nie mmg sokong .. kurng kan nasi .. tp sayur mkn bnyk + tmbah tauhu ker tempe ker ... gantikan nasi yg sikit tue ... smpai ke petang perut still kenyang ..... exercise ptg pun tak penat ^^

takkan dlm seminggu naik balik 2kg? ce citer kut2 ada makan byk ke apa ke? klu diet menten je, tak mungkin berat naik..

ke fairy period? klu period mmg ada gain weight sket..

kalau nk berat badan cepat turun jangan makan nasi @ kurangkn pemgambilan nasi..control carb..berat asal eyra 76kg after 10bulan now dh 45kg...target 42kg..hu..hu..

tak....period baru jer habis last week tu. kalau pasal makan, takde la diet berabis...cuma makan sikit2 jer. the high fat ones asal rasa jer...but me banyak minum air. azan jer, minum air manis 1 glass. then i make sure minum air putih 2l. brisk walking masih maintain buat...

    Fairy, saya pernah berada dlm situasi awak skrg, dh control mkn but still naik berat, pastu jd tention sgt, bad mood, rasa down gile.. Nk diet ni mmg mcm tu, azam mesti kena kuat! Jgn putus asa! I'm sure mesti ada certain mknan yg awak mkn yg terlebih calorienya, or awak tidur tk cukup ke etc, mesti ada sbbnya yg awak tk perasan, but jgn sesekali putus asa, dan jgn pressure, relax and cuba control betul2 food intake awak lps ni, Insyallah saya yakin awak boleh!!

masih tak membuang ..dah byk ari dah ni..
padahal mlm tadik melantak buah punya banyak - betik, dokong, pulasan..tu diaa..
air pon amek byk dah..1 liter malam, 1 liter waktu sahur..
sampai skang perut ni relax je..tak de rasa nak memerut pun...
pehal ko perut...ko mogok kerrrr....
anyway, saja saja naek atas my scale, berat turun plak..jadik 66 kg, body fat % turun sket, body water % naik..lorr...mak fenin taww...{:2_67:}
