naz, please refer to my response to maisarah's query. i lak...pergi toilet everyday. and senang je dia nak keluar. so..moral of the story is...diff individuals have different needs. maka, minum air banyak2. sometimes pasal we can only drink 3 hrs after a main meal...we tend to forget to drink. so macam u all ni, cuba minum lebih sikit. |

boleh...but dont forget to drink plenty of water! kang takut dehydrated pulak. and u breastfeed kan, bila posa ni...susu sure kurang sikit...pasal i lepas beranak nia dulu, 2 months in a row i puasa...banyak nak ganti pastu bulan puasa pulak...memang susu jadik sikit but bila buka puasa tu bukan main lagi i minum and pump out the milk. so my baby still was 100% on breastmilk.

those yg ada prob pegi toilet tu, i suggest bykkan beriadah. kadang2 w/pun kita take a lot of fiber & water tp ada sket problem on the bowel movement jika kita stagnant je.
lagi satu sebab susah nak pegi toilet is byk angin dlm usus. try to release all the gas.
i'm sure FFL + lite exercise will help u visit mr. tan regularly. |

i ada gak wat exercise dlm 30 minit sehari..dlm umah jer le..aerobik dan skipping and sit up.Apakah ada cara2 exercise yg khusus yg boleh membantu proses penghadaman kita? If ada boleh share kat cni...then psl byk angin tu mungkin betul kot.Sebab i ni mmg byk angin dlm bdn.Tu psl selalu headache. |

wah...bagus u ni buat 30 mins of exercise a day..tu dah betul2 FFL! i ni...masih ditakuk lama..tak start2 my brisk walk...teruk! so..i think ur case ni mai...makan banana and papaya and minum air banyak2!
ace...ko dgn ko nye burger ration lepas kerja hari2! tapi i pun suka jugak burger ramly ni...delicious dia semacam!
semalam i sinned big time! i went to my fren's hse and had a huge thai lunch. dia lak masak complete dgn pre-lunch, lunch and dessert...semua ala2 thai. but i found one dish yg so sesuai for night time and the drink...lemongrass tea. nanti i find out how to do it...i share kat sini, okay! the lemongrass drink tu was so refreshing!!!! |

semalam punya routine :-
pagi - sandwich telur + nescafe (bad caffeine)
thari - nasi goreng + air sue (air kosongler tuu)
petang - burger ayam special (lapor sihhh)
malam - mee bandung dengan telur sebiji (supper kul 10.30mlm weyyyy)

yela, lemongrass tea sedap ke? rase pedas2 tak? well, serai bukan pedas pun, but some spicy taste gaklah , tak tau nak explain.
another thing nak tanya, FFL ban coffee, or just caffeine? |

ada senaman yoga yg boleh tolong kuarkan angin. tapi kalau nak cepat minum le air halia ke. utk lagi best, try pegi berurut. |

i think caffeinated drink kot. i tak concentrate sgt tang coffee ni pasal i dont drink tea or coffee. yg lemongrass drink langsung tak rasa pedas. rasa cooling aje. i rasa if u rasa panas badan minum ni...mujarab kot! nanti i nak try buat...see how, jadik ke tidak! |

minum lps 3 jam juga
tgh mkn buah limau mandarin 2 biji
mlm mkn nasi goreng kampung.
masalah saya ni pagi2 suka lapar,tu yg fail tu.
boleh tak mcm tu,klau menu lunch bawa pergi bf,menu bf bawa pergi lunch,

i know...if dah biasa conventional bf, memang agak payah....but u know...the best place to start ths FFL is actually in the morning. so mcm i...macamana i langgar pun yg noon n night, bila bf...i stick to the FFL way.
but azza...at least u did the noon n night...that's 70% pass already!!:pompom: |

azza...i pun cam, tu memula sbb biasa tak ambik dinner..konon2 nak diet...menjadi jugak walaupun tak byk
sekarang nak ikut FFL ni...yg morning tu...i selalu makan buah.....
mcm ni i buat 8.50 am minum air
9.00 am makan buah
9.40 minum air
kalau rasa lapar pukul 10.10 i makan buah lagi..mcm tu la....i bawak satu tupperware besar isi buah2
sampai kul 11 i stop...sbb nak ambik lunch heavy...nak ambik nasi.... |

masalah kita ialah sbb dah biasa makan pagi heavy dan tak ambik dinner langsung..so perut tak biasa tukar menu tu yg jadi lapar..
hari tu 1st day cuba i kena migrain...tapi pelik betul tak gastrik pulak...
i suka la FFL ni....semalam masa lunch lepas 3 hrs tu..i minum freash oren....mmm rasa full sgt...dinner i ambik tempe goreng n sup sayur ( menu utk anak sebenarnya) i ambik sayur n tak makan supnya...kekeke takut berenang tempe kat dalam perut... |
