waaaaaaaa!!!!! ni lagi teruja.....1st time makan masa nazha Form4..that was 1994....tu pun umah member...tapi nasi dia ada mcm rempah2 sikit...sedapppnyaaaaaa......resepi pls...BTW nazha panggil ni nasi ikan sbb ada timbus ikan2

hehehehe nazha ... saya org kedah tapi laling org muor.

ok resipi ni dpt dari wife dato' ambassador kat sini. we all ada sort of cookery group.

ni antara bahan2nya:



clockwise 12 o'clock: tomato, cili hijau, halia, bawag putih, jintan putih & lada hitam(dlm 1 sudu kecil each), bawang besar yang telah digoreng. Tgh: rempah kari ikan (2 sudu besar utk beras 4 cawan). dlm jug kecil belah kanan tu lemon juice. Not in the picture: minyak masak, garam, beras, ikan goreng (I used ikan sherri).

1. Goreng Ikan
2. Guna minyak goreng ikan (not all, bergantung kepada banyak beras) utk tumis nasi. Bila minyak panas, goreng bawang besar bagi layu/ brown. pas tu angkat bawang.
3. then tumis all bahan mcm dlm gambar tu, kecuali tomato & bawang.
4. bila dah garing, masukkan tomato.
5. Masukkan air ikut sukatan beras.
6. Dah mendidih, masukkan garam secukup rasa
7. Masukkan beras, tutup... biar masak selama 10 minit.
8. Lepas 10 minit, masukkan lemon juice, bawang besar goreng tadi & ikan goreng (gaul/ tanam perlahan2 supaya nasi tak patah)... ta daaaaa dah siap!
