1 cwn air pandan
2 cwn santan pekat

2 cwn tepung gandum
1 biji telur ( kalau telur kcik boh 2 biji )
Panaskan oven v
Campur semua bahan.. blend sebati.. tapis
Masukkan secubit garam ( utk nak naikkan rasa lemaknya ) dan titiskan pewarna.. sikit je..
Acuan di sapu minyak
Tuang adunan
Tabur bijan
Bakar api bwh dulu 20mnt.. pastu api atas 20mnt
Kalau bakar dlm loyang 40mnt... 40mnt
Suhu 200°c

NASI LEMAK UTARA SPECIAL

Resipinya

5 cawan beras Basmathi.. (basuh, rendam selama 10 minit dengan 1 sudu besar serbuk kunyit...kemudian toskan)
6 cawan air
1 cawan santan perahan pertama
2 sudu teh garam
2 helai daun pandan(carik dan simpul)
Bahan tumis
1 senduk minyak masak
1 biji bawang besar(hiris nipis)
4 ulas bawang putih(hiris nipis)
Sebesar ibu jari halia(hiris nipis)
2 sudu teh jintan manis(basuh dan tumbuk guna lesung batu)
1 batang kulit kayu manis
4-5 pcs bunga lawang
1 sudu teh lada hitam biji

Caranya
Panaskan minyak.. Masukkan semua bahan tumis.. Tumis hingga bahan hiris layu dan wangi.. Tutupkan api..
Masukkan beras yang dah ditoskan ke dalam periuk elektrik.. Masukkan air, santan, daun pandan, garam dan curahkan bahan tumis tadi(sekali dengan minyak yang kita menumis tu yer)
Tekan cook..biarkan masak elok.. Bila button dah naik ke atas.. Tekan sekali lagi.. Dah naik sekali lagi..barulah boleh kacau nasi perlahan2..
SIAP..
Tips= Untuk beras dan air/santan sukat cawan yang sama..

RESEPI SAMBAL SOTONG
Resipinya
1 kg sotong(bersihkan dan digoreng sekejap dengan sedikit minyak untuk matikan air sotong.. Toskan)
2 1/2 sudu besar membukit gula pasir
2 sudu teh garam
1 pcs asam keping(nak buh air asam jawa bleh ja)
1 biji bawang besar(potong bulat)
Air jika perlu

Bahan kisar
25-30 tangkai cili kering
2 biji bawang besar
6 ulas bawang putih
4 senduk minyak masak
Sedikit halia
(kisar semua bahan ini)

Caranya..
Masukkan bahan kisar dalam kuali..masukkan asam keping, garam dan gula serta bahan perasa... Kacau hingga sambal betul2 masak dan naik minyak..masukkan sotong dan bawang yg di potong bulat.. Kacau sekejap dan sesuaikan rasa.. Siap!
