ada penimbang yg boleh baca % body fat, % air, otot, BMR, metabolic age etc.. tapi penimbang tu mahal, rm500 ke atas..

klu nak murah, cari timbang bayar yg kat shopping kompleks tu.. ada jgk yg boleh ukur %body fat. jgn segan guna penimbang tu, org lalu lalang buat bodo je. kita nak sihat, bukan nak curi duit org pun hehehe

ada penimbang dan alat yg bleh ukur body fat.
klu sy instructor kat gym akan ukur fat, ukur lilit once or twice a month.
kat mall pun ada gak mesin yg bleh ukur, msuk rm1 then akan kuar result.

jgn malu2 alya1, awak kat sini anonymous, org tak pndg pun pada paras rupa, janji serius n tiap2 check in hapdet..

klu nak tau, kat gym org gemuk la buat org lain jadi lagi motivated. kalau time org badan normal exercise, selalunya semua tak serius.. tapi klu ada org gemuk atau obese exercise, yg lain2 mesti jadi lagi serius.. tak caya, perati ler..

kena guna digital scale yg boleh monitor body composition..
cam yg i punya kat umah ni, i beli early this year..
sbb mmg nak monitor more than just my weight,
i beli Tanita brand, rege rm450...huhu..
leh scan body weight, % body fat, % body water, muscle mass, physique rating, bone mass, metabolic age dan visceral fat..
boleh simpan 4 org punya data..dan ada recall function...

    oo kalau gini rose kena mintak bantuan assistant...tanye dia mana kasut training..xsilap ada banyak jenis kasut iaitu running,jogging,training,casual,tennis.kalau kedai tu dah siap2 label jenis kasut tu memang senang pilih.tab pun tak pasti la mcmne nak kenal pasti jenis kasut ni.tab rasa yang rupa macam sport shoes tu pun boleh.dan lagi 1,bagi tab kasut yang bagus adalah kasut yang ringan.kalau yg berat tu x bagus sangat kot.nak berlari,lompat sana sini pun payah.ni contoh sport shoes.

    eyra ikut plan diet atkins,now eyra dh xstraight sgat ikut diet ni sbb berat badan eyra dh mencecah ke angka sasaran eyra just maintain ja..mula2 eyra hampir putus asa nk terus ikut diet ni,eyra jd bersemangat n nk bukti kat org sekeliling eyra yg asyik tegur perubahn bentuk badan eyra gemuk pendek sejak pas berslin bby sulung,,,sdey sgt!!!

sayanye best result berat 66kg, air 61% body fat 15% otot 53kg umur dlmn 22y.o.


tp tu sebelum pose le, dah time pose ni air kurang & otot turun sket..

setuju ngan eyra, wlupun byk supplement kat pasaran atau body slim spa, tak semua org perlukannya.. klu kawal pemakanan & disiplin sket, berat akan turun jgk.. supplement/slim spa bukan shortcut utk kurus, kena pada masa sama disiplinkan diri.. wlupun boleh turun, tapi takut lama2 gain weight balik.. so train urself to change ur habit..

hari tue berat 79kgs, dalam 2 minggu diet turun 3kgs ... skrng nak target 74kg dulu ... kalo dah dpt 74kgs .. nak target 72kgs pula ... wah panjang lebar dah nie .... harap2 hujung bln nie dpt turun ke 74kg..

    eyra setuju!!blilah papun product diet or sign up pakej slimming beribu riban pun klau xberdisiplin dalm menjaga corak pemakanan  mmg xdk perubahan..corak pemakanan 2 sendiri penting..berat badan jd cam yo yo jap naik jap turun..g slimming center papun diorang akn ajar corak pemakann unk customer ikut..uat rugi duit ja lau g uat slimming pastu lik umah dk pelahap mkan..hu..hu..byak custemor eyra dulu sign up pakej ribu riban last2 dh frust sbb badan asyik naik turun ja sbb dlm diet plan sah2 diorang mkan ikut dan ja n kerap xdatng uat treatment.. sekali datng berat dh naik..last xdatang langsung...

    hmmm dah tanya...tapi dia pun mcm tak konfiden je...hehe...maybe kena pi banyak2 kedai...
sebelum ni berkenan gak ngan jenama yg tab tunjuk tu. tp tak jadi beli. kalau beli kasut mesti tak berapa selesa sebab kaki tak sama panjang. sebelah kanan mesti rasa mcm ada ruang2 kosong, longgar.

skrg ni buat gak zumba, tapi tak over la. takut terseliuh kaki...
