Kefta kebab
Ingredients: (for Kefta Kebab)
500 g mince meat (beef/lamb)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Chopped coriander, parsley and mint
Salt and pepper
Bamboo sticks (soak) or skewer
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, and leave for an hour or longer to allow the flavors to blend. The kefta is then ready to shape and cook.
To make kebabs, take small amounts of kefta and shape them into cylinder or sausage shapes. Skewer the meat, squeezing it to mold it the skewer.
Cook over hot coals or electric grill, approximately five minutes each side (it can be more or less, depending on how you shaped the kefta) and do not overcook as it can dry if it’s cooked too long.
Ingredients: (for the Grilled Veges)
2 medium size aubergines
2 medium size zucchini
1 box mushroom
2 large tomatoes
Chopped parsley and garlic
Olive oil
Cut the veges as desire (bear in mind zucchini and aubergine can take longer time to cook if it’s cut thicker). Wash and pat dry mushroom, halves tomatoes. Put everything in a large mixing bowl, pour olive oil, chopped parsley and garlic. Season, mix everything and let it to stand at least 20 minutes.
Arrange on the grill (aubergine and zucchini first as it will take longer to cook). Half way, add mushroom and tomatoes. Finish all the veges and keep it warm. Pour the rest of the marinate oil and serve with the kefta kebab or any grilled meat. |

ok sambal ikan bilis & kentang
Bahan (dikisar):
1 labu bawang besar
15 tangkai cili kering
3 ulas bawang putih
Digoreng:
2 biji kentang (dipotong kiub)
segenggam ikan bilis
Nota: Goreng kentang dulu angkat baru goreng ikan bilis
Bahan tumis (semua dimayang):
3 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
Bahan lain:
2 sudu besar cili sos
garam & gula secukup rasa
Asam keping sekeping
Cara:
Tumis bawang, agak wangi tu, masukkan cili yg telah dikisar tadi. agak garing, masukkan cili sos, garam, gula dan asam keping. kacau rata, last sekali masukkan ikan bilis & kentang yg tlh digoreng, gaul sampai semua bersalut. selamat mencuba! |
