I myself tak berani quit current job... kena makesure business stable 3-5 yrs and minimum same monthly income with my current household income... im still exploring potential subsidies from gomen |

indeed and that is why for me and some of us on and on lagi. But as for you should explore and yes u should explore w the gomen, infact you boleh tgk tourism ministry oppertunities and do look out matrade website and look out if any related to your field.
me, so far im comfortable doing with what am doing. cuma mmg nak pencen before 45. Hope Allah mudahkan.

at least org yg u hire mmg mahir n tau apa yg dia buat. let other people work for u.

Bukan sekarang la berenti nya... i need to make sure income resort2 i tu stable dulu dpt cash flow cantik lepas abes grace period loan...
I made huge mistake dgn invest almost all cash yg i simpan and bonuses dekat first resort... and registered it under enterprise... and sbb i pakai cash, we tend to save capital cost dgn jimat cost construction... end up ada few requirements utk grants and subsidies for further expansion resort tu kitorg tak lepas.... so our profit tu maintain camtu je la, utk expand mmg tak dpt.... limited dgn income from 23 rooms itu aje...
I learnt from my mistake.. so i buat properly 2nd and 3rd resort ni.... make sure full compliance dgn requirement kementerian2 yg support business resorts ni... sorry takleh nak mention kementerian2 mana and apa requirement2 each of them, sbb nnti lower my chances to grab the opportunities... weols yang berusaha kan, courses networking, amek cuti bagai utk usaha semua ni... takkan nak spoonfeed others senang2 camtu |

betul. Sebab i tau la i cakap sbb i pun dah try buat semua ni...i try step by step and it was not a pleasant journey but valuable.
I can get 40k at one time if i put my effort to it. Bila pikir balik sometimes mmg kena bold. Takut takut xble...u must precisely know what u want and what to do. Sebab tu yg kaya makin kaya. Bismillah Ya Allah untuk semua disini berjaya!

4 me,business is path of life and 1 of profession.
after back from oversea,i was a teacher ( high school )
stress and many more examines.
So i left teacing n working at KL,Selangor.Teaching can't get satisfaction.
After got capital,run business from 1998 till nowadays.
Based on hadith "All doings based on intention" so i run business bcoz made me free.
I love reading and writing,so business gave more times 4 read and write.
my itention is ONE.Get satisfaction in life although just drove Iswara 5665 since 1998 .Differ entreprenuer,differ intention.Wealth is the goal of majority but satisfaction is more important and valuable 4 me.

Thn 2020 agak mencabar.Ringgit jatuh,minyak naik,harga keperluan naik dan jangkaan ekonomi dunia meleset utk 5 thn akan dtg.
Jd mkn apa yg ada.Semua binses skrg berisiko sama ada besau atau kecil .

i think not because the economy, tapi kena tengok kesesuaian perniagaan...
meniaga makanan masih laku, pakaian so-so, dalam keadaan ekonomi tidak menentu ni, bisnes services will strive...especially day-to-day services mcm potong rumput, cleaning services, tuition, sports training, etc...
usually when the economu is down, people tends to go back to school i.e. varsiti, instituion, college, etc....so keperluan buku2, tempat tinggal, makanan, pakaian, photostat, alat tulis, etc
