Batu karang hempedu, batu-batu senyap

KETULAN-ketulan hitam yang kecil dan sangat besar adalah batu karang yang berjaya dikeluarkan manakala tisu berwarna kuning kemerahan adalah hempedu. Asalnya, batu hitam tersebut terletak di dalam tisu hempedu tersebut.

Cholelithiasis------batu dlm pundi hempedu.(or gallstones)

Incidence increases with age.
Predisposing factors: FEMALE,AGE >40, OBESITY,dIABETES MELLITUS, PREGNANCY, OCP, RAPID WEIGHT LOSS.

80%--asymptomatic

20%--symptoms: colic, cramping pain over the RUQ(dekat kawasan hati), pain usually at night, pain may radiates to the back/right shoulder.(all thse symptoms occur when the stone obstruct the cystic duct)

Ultrasound will detect the stone.

How to avoid:
-less fat intake
-weight loss for the obese, but , avoid rapid weight loss.

Treatment:
-Laparoscopic cholecystectomy( most preffered method now compare to open cholecystectomy)
-Oral treatment such as taking the ursodiol salt.
-ESWL--in patient with stone less than 3cm diameter, and having 3 or fewer stone.

...ada...liver stones...slalunya they say kalau ko pernah ada gallstones nie u also have liver stones...cos...apparently...your gallstones originated from your liver...meaning....gallstones are created inside the liver....inside your intrahepatic bile ducts ( tubes inside your liver)...and they kind of make their way down to the gallbladder where they continue to grow....

...adehhhh...camnie aku pon kira ada liver stones lerrr...huhuhu....

...simptomnya usually pain at the right upper quadrant...kena tanya dr2 kita kat sini...heh...

...besides surgical intervention...ada jugak pernah dengar pasal liver cleansing nie...kalau tak silap...batu2 tu bley kluar after u do this cleansing...

REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY

In my research in China, I came across some materials which say that

people with cancer usually have stones.  We all have gallstones. It's a

matter of big or small, many or  few.


One of the symptoms of gallstones is a feeling of bloatedness after a

heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more

serious, you feel pain in the liver area." So if you think you have

gallstones, Chiu Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally.



The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver

and gallbladder are closely linked.


Regimen:

1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day. Or

eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer. Apple juice softens the

gallstones. During the five days, eat normally.

2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.

3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a

glass of warm water.

4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder

ducts.

5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh

lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to

ease their passage.

PS. 1cup=250ml,  ? cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)


The next morning, you will find green stones in your stools.  "Usually

they float," Chiu Nan notes. "You might want to count them. I have had

people who passes 40, 50 or up to 100 stones. Very many."


"Even if you don't  have any symptoms of gallstones, you still might have

some. It's always good to give your gall bladder a clean-up now and then.

Saya cadangkan better you buat je operation tu.
Sebenarnya saya baru buat operation tu pada 26hb Mei 2007.
Tak ada apa yang perlu ditakutkan, dr akan membuat sedikit tebukan di tengah, dua tebukan di kanan dan satu di pusat. Batu akan dikeluarkan melalui pusat.
