rugi ice tak makan sayur...even fruits u dont take? they are the best for u. perhaps u kena start pelan2...try do the morning routine first..then slowly graduate to lunch an dinner.

if according to the book..they dont like this processed mayo. they suruh buat sendiri! but to me...it's still better than combining carbo and protein. if u salad and mayo...tu kira dah bagus...!

try naz..we do it together! yes we can...u all if disciplined, sure jadiknya, but if rasa macam tertekan..then let go on weekends...not totally la...just makan macam how u eat now...weekdays, stick to the regime

akak ader baca buku neh..kwn akak fotokopi bg..akak tak mintak pon...dier yg bg..(agaknye tgk akak ni gumuk kot..huhu..)

memule baca tu mcm maleh jer...pastu bile p sembang ngan dier...siap dier explain lagik..so akak pon try..hehehe..memule tu mmg maleh nk wat salad...so akak p beli garden salad kat kfc tuh..pastu asik mkn buah n minum ayaq putih berbyk..at least 8 glasses ler..


sooo..in one month turun 8 kg..terkejut giler akak...huhuhu..

but...part yg tak bestnyer...akak wat one month tu jer
tatau pesal maleh sgt..

sebab kita dah biasa makan nasi + lauk...tu yg payah tu. but at least u know that it works! i paling tidak pun, will practise the morning routine. that's why 3 weeks ago kot, my colleague terkejut tgk i makan nasi  lemak pagi pasal dah lamaaaaaaaaaa tak makan tu in the morning! and if i go out, i tak practise ni...bukan selalukan dapat bergathering ke, berbuffet ke. yg penting..if the tummy dah practise makan fruits in the a.m....u memang tak rasa nak benda lain. perut ni tak boleh diajar makan banyak...menyedap (no pun intended!!)

Kudos for sis yela's info..  

Boleh buat thread digest ni... I'm all up for the challenge... last time before Shah pregnant, I was around 53kg standing at the height of 162cm... but now I'm 10kgs extra... nf:

Tensen betul la... tapi takpe, I'll try my best this time with the info given... Wish me luck... (Hish, bersemangat waja ni! )

huhu....me sekapal dgn ice,tak buleh ikut
pasal me ade gastrik kene makan sokmo
makan nasik sikit/kurang mula laaaa sakit..tu kalau makan sikit ape lagi tak mkn langsung


kdg2 bila kul 11 malam perut pedih....susu  pun does not work
terpaksa amik yg agak berat mcm roti/nasi  jugak

susah macam tu mrs...why dont u try taking banana. and milk...the writers say NOOOOO to milk. nanti when im in the ofis, i cerita pasal milk n why it's not good for us. and gastric prob ni semua comes from food jugak.

what we can do shah...measure our weight, write somewhere...then track our progress. nanti 1st jan kita buat...and sesiapa yg dok kawasan ampang ni, mari lah kita sama2 brisk walking kat that hilly area around taman tar. should be good for the butts! ni my problem area! i ni if ada geng baru la bersemangat sikit...if not macam2 alasan tak nak pergi!

Low fat milk pun x leh ke? Nanti kekurangan kalsium plak? Atau bleh ambil supplement tambahan during the diet program?

cam gitu baguslah sebab klu mkn salad jek tak lalu pulak..
ingatkan klu tambah mayoniz or island thousand berat makin bertambah.
mcm tak guna lah kita mkn salad everyday.

okay...milk...a very controversial issue! yg diehard fan will revolt against this philospohy!

renin and lactase are enzymes necesary to break down and digest milk. They are all but gone by the age of 3 in most humans. There is an element in milk that's called casein...there's 300 more times more casein in cow's milk than in human's milk. That's for the development of HUGE bones. casein ni nanti coagulates in the tummy and forms large, tough, dense, difficult-to-digest curds that are adapted to four-stomach digestive apparatus of a COW, not human ye.

once inside of our system, this thick mass of goo  puts a tremendous burden on the body to somehow get rid of it. masalahnya, somew of this gooey substance hardens and adheres to the lining of our usus and this prevents the absorption of nutrients into the body. akibatnya , ita rasa lethargic...lemah and penat and lembab.

also the by-products of milk digestion leave a great deal of toxic mucus in the body. and payah nak bersihkan badan kita from this build-up. andddd casein ni digunak as a base of one of the strongest glues in woodworking!!! imagine that!

tu pasal those who are inflicted by asthma, are advised no to take dairy products...pasal dia menebalkan lagi mucus in the body. so babies yg ada asthma or respiratory problems, try give them soya based formula...better still mommmy's milk!

calcium is actually can be found  in abundance in green leafy greens/vege and raw nuts!and raw sesame seeds contain more calcium than any other food on earth. also most fruits contains ample calcium.

masalah dgn susu lembu ni...susah sangat nak digest, and the casein to akan line our intestine walls yg menyebabkan susah nak diabsorb pun anything...not only calcium. dia jadi macam glue kat dinding usus. yg vege and nuts and fruit based calcium is digestable and absorbable compared to milk calcium. susu lembu nye calcium only sesuai for lembu yg digestive system dia so much greater than ours.
