i would vote for MARIAH CAREY. the highest note ever, semase Beliau perform during the MTV Music Awards 1992 lagu Emotions. she can really hit high notes. and this year grammy, lagu fly like a bird, pun very very high notes. She is the ultimate DIVA in the world....
