diabetes tak semestinyer kene kat org gemuk jer... org kurus pon leh kene kl tak jaga makan...

Tapi bukan semua karbohidrat mempunyai paras glisemik yang sama.. susah nak tentukan cukup atau kurang karbohidrat. |

diabetes ni sbb glucose tak mampu ditukarkan ke glikogen, byk gula dalam darah
sama ade insulin x mampu dihasilkan or insulin dihasilkn dlm keadaan yg rendah, then glukose x dpt ditukarkan...
kalau orang tu kurus then die ade diabetes, usually tu type I nye diabetes, tu kerana insulin tak dpt dihasilkan sbb ade defek pada kilang yg menghasilkan insulin...
klu type II ni selalunya insulin resistance, insulin x diproduce dgn baik atau sel ignore insulin ni, org ni selalunye gemuk...
obesiti ni mmgkena kkontrol sbb penyakit ni progresif, nnt komplikations byk dpt klu tak kontrol semua
gestational dibetes pd waktu hamil
pre-diabetes, adalah keadaan dimana kadar gula dlm darah tinggi dr normal tp x setinggi smpi kita leh ckp tu diabetes...
so sesape ade keturunan tu elok2 jaga makan, better cegah dr terlambat...

to those yg dah ade keturunan diabetes, better to control ur eating habbit....
utk type I diabates, salunye kene pada usia muda....diabetes neh insulin dependant...salunye caused by damaged pancreas n takbley nk produce insulin....n type II plak, non insulin dependant...yg biase kalo dah tua2 baru dapat tuh, type II la normally...normally disebabkan pemakanan...
utk nk jage mkn neh, mmg kene kurangkan mknn yg berkarbohidrat...mkn byk sayur2 n buah...kurangkan gula in everything...n dun forget to exercise regularly....
once a person is diagnose wif diabetes, and has been asked to take medicine, never ignore it...do take da medicine as been told...tis will avoid further complication caused by diabetes prob e.g renal failure.... |

Aku terbaca dalam website Dr Ray D Strand-- dia kata "What has become very apparent to me after researching the medical literature and observing patients in my own clinical practice is that people are not only becoming overweight because of insulin resistance, but they are also developing type II diabetes mellitus because of insulin resistance."

yang No Sugar @ Less Sugar tu pahit ler....tak sodap.tp aku minum style gini,air coke setengah gelas,pastu campur ngan air masak setgh gelas then stir (ceh!speaking lak . ) kalau mcm ni kdgn gula dlm air tu berkurangan or still sama? |
