mmmm...kalau yg employment agency tu ada kena dtg interview tapi smpi skrg habuk pun tarah...pas tu ada dtg juga pi some company tapi smpi skrg tak panggil2 lagi ni....boringla mcmni tak tau dorg nak apa.... |

sabar a_mou, jgn stress2..cuba happy2kan diri kat tempat sekarang sambil2 carik job baru. selalunya satu melekat nanti berderat tel cakap dapat kerja...kadang2 masa antara intrview dengan nk select pekerja tu take time gak. cam my company start carik org 2 bulan lepas smpai sekarang x masuk2..next month kot..so sabar k. |

Sabar.... at least u still have a job right now compared to some people. Just curious why do u want to quit ur current job ?? No promotion ? No increment & bonus ? |

a_mou, plz recheck your cv presentation (akak ckp omputihh sbb nak credit drp mod nihhh...) ....sometimes the way we present our cv is wrong...did you consult anybody on that?? it happen to my friend one time, she kept on applying job but not even single employer gave her any response...when I check her cv, it was not properly done ie. she did not know how to explain her current responsibility well plus the english language was really hey wire...please ensure that you use the spelling and grammer check (in msword etc...)
one more thing, try also to write in asking for vacancy which is suitable to your qualification and experiences...but you must know to choose which company...for my opinion, you can write in to the newly established company which may need manpower ie. if you know that Kuwait Finance House is a new company, try to write in ...you must also alert what company is coming up...easier to work in newly establish company because they do not have specific work culture as yet and also office politics...ok good luck on your job hunting!!. |

take a leave -
i am not sure what they will ask --
what position is that -
southern bank at plaza damansara is
not so far from jalan semantan or pusat bandar damansara -
my advise -
take a cab to go there
each places different from the other --
can't really tell you how's the environment there -
wherever you be, if you know how to adapt to
that place -- you gonna be fine --

sistem kekananan pegawai
su dapat mengajar di sarawak... dlm internet suruh berkumpul di seremban 3 hb, fligh yg kpm bagi 5hb.. bila sampai sarawak... GB kata tarik mula bertugas 5hb... tapi kawan2 di semenanjung leh mula 3hb.. sbb depa tak perlu berkumpul dulu... su rasa, not fair la... sbb kita bukan sengaja nak lapor bertugas lambat.... saper yang tau caranya???? |

sebenarnya dia tak puas hati sbb cikgu baru yg posting kat semenanjung mula kerja 3hb. sedangkan dia 5hb, kerana perlu pergi ke sarawak... dalam goverment, sape yg lapor diri dulu akan dikira senior (lebih kanan). walaupun hanya seminit awal.. seniority akan memberi kelebihan kat kita.. jadi dia tak puas hati..
sebab tu Pad tanya, cikgu lapor diri kat sekolah ke? bukan kat kementerian ke? sbb Pad tak tahu.. |

dah sistem camtu... macam kat opis pad ada tiga kawan, report duty pada hari yg sama, tp yg report duty pertama dan kedua tu, confirm jawatan awal tiga bulan dari dr yg ketiga. sebab kursus, nama yg senior naik dulu...
kalau gaji lak hanya efek kecil je, jarang berlaku la.., contoh A lapor pada 30/9/2007, B lapor pada 1/10/2008. Untuk kenaikan gaji tahunan, A akan dapat increment pada bulan Julai, B pulak dapat bulan Oktober... ni salah satu kesan kecil la... |

Cikgu lapor diri kat sekolah... 3hb dan 5 hb memang tak sama, walaupuh 2 hari tapi banyak efek dia ke atas kekanan dan sebagainya.
Sebenarnya kita boleh datang awal dan lapor diri sebelum tu. Cuma kalau yang semenanjung pergi borneo dan borneo ke semenanjung susah sikit sebab flight je dah makan kos banyak... ini tak masuk kes nak cari sekolah lagi... Kalau flight tu 5 hb rugila... cuba tanya kpm apa yang cikgu2爐u boleh buat...爏ebab爇alau燽iarkan爉acam爐u爅e爎ugilah...燿ia燼kan爉empengaruhi爉acam2 di masa depan... |

emm... mmg efeknya byk... tapi kalau u highlight kat SPP ... mesti depa bolayan aje...
teringat nasib kat sorang teman.... ada satu batch dalam 50 org lapor diri... ada beberapa orang lapor diri 31/12 dan ada 2 orang lapor diri 2/1 tahun selepasnya (1/1...cuti am... nak lapor kat sapa)... kesannya... 48 org tersebut dah jadik pengarah dan 2 orang tadik... masih pegawai cabuk aje... seniority kurang setahun.. |
