assalamualaikum...
tqah ni budak uitm dungun kos foodservice management..
satu fakulti dgn culinary art (DCA) tuh...
kiranya tqah ni bwh pengurusan hotel dan pelancongan...
DCA ni agak penat sket berbanding kos2 lain dalam fakulti hotel..
kos ni penat sket sbb dlm seminggu tu ada 2,3 kali kelas kitchen..
sbb tu mmg bidangnya, jadi perlulah masuk kitchen lebih sket kan... :-)
kelas kitchen ni paling cepat habis dlm 6 jam..
kalau lambat, dalam 8 jam..
mmg tersgt penat kalau kelas kitchen sbb berdiri terus utk 6 jam tu..
cuma kalau kelas ptg hingga malam, kita boleh rehat sekejap utk sembahyang..
itupun bergilir2.. :-)
tp kalau lecturer tu baik, boleh pegi rehat kejap bila produk atau masakan kita dah siap..tp slalunya lecturer kitchen ni garang.. :-p
walaupun mmg penat, tapi bila kuar nanti, gaji utk bdk2 kos DCA lagi byk dari kos2 lain dlm fakulti hotel..
tapi kalau blaja teori yg susah, kos tqah paling susah dlm semua kos2 dlm fakulti hotel..
selain tu, kos DCA kat uitm ni, ada jugak subjek fnb service..
kena blajar cara nak operate fine-dining restaurant, nak jadi professional waiter...
kls serving ni pun lama jgk...dlm 6-8 jam..
kalau ada function, pukul 2-3 pagi baru balik..
semua student fakulti hotel kena blaja basic serving n memasak, kecuali utk kos pelancongan hotel..
blaja dalam fakulti hotel ni mmg seronok..
sbb kita akan ada kemahiran yg org lain xada..
cthnya, memasak western..
tqah cuma wat chicken chop je kat rumah..
tapi family mmg suka sgt...hehehe..
kos yg tqah ambik pulak, subjek2 teorinya sama mcm kos DCA...
tp yg tqah lebih sket n tqah ada blaja nutrition..kiranya kuar nanti sesuai keje kat hospital n tempat2 yg ada foodservice operation.. :-)
hehehe...byk yg tqah bagitau...tp xtau membantu ke tak...kalau ada apa2 lagi yg nak tahu ttg kos DCA, tanya je ye.. :-)
emm...kalau IPTS yg bagus utk kos culinary ni, taylor's college..
walaupun blajanya mmg menggunakan kos yg tinggi, tapi graduan2 culinary dr taylor's mmg menjadi rebutan.. |

kalau kita wat salah, dari jauh lagi lecturer tu jerit2..
masa first sem tqah masuk kitchen, ok je..
tp masuk 2nd n 3rd sem masuk kitchen, mmg kecut perut sgt2..
lebih2 lagi kalau utk kelas commercial kitchen..
kita perlu keluarkan produk utk dijual tepat pada masanya..
jadi, kalau lambat sket mmg kena maki hamun la jwbnya..hehehe...
tqah pulak mmg jenis lambat sket dlm bab2 kemahiran ni..
sbb tu result tqah jatuh gedebuk utk sem ni..dari 3.8++ ke 3.6++
sbb ada 3 kelas praktikal-kitchen, serving n housekeeping..
tp lecturer tqah ckp dia wat gitu, utk tunjuk keadaan sebenar..
kalau mula2 masuk industri perhotelan ni, mmg begitulah keadaannya..
jadi, tiap2 hari kita akan berusaha utk tingkatkan prestasi kita..
tqah dah melepasi zaman2 kelas kitchen..
skarang ni byk blaja management plak..
tp tension atau xtension tu bergantung kpd seseorg tu..
semua blajar mesti ada susah n senangnya..
mcm kwn2 tqah yg lain ok je..
tqah ni jenis xboleh wat keje dlm tekanan n agak lambat dlm wat keje2 mcm tu..
sbb tu jadi tension..
