Cerita benar.....last two weeks my boss recieved brand new Toyota Camry, after 6 months waiting pationly ....he was sooooo happy...as he is an application enginier (automotif)...he check entire car system...guess what heppened??? he found negative terminal connected to battery loose (jentik pun tertanggal)...the things is...the size of battery cable terminal size was not appropriate to the battery terminal even we tied it until to the end of the thread......
Can I say it coz of Toyota prob......I personally would say no bcoz battery not supplied by Toyota...it supplied by dealer.......
Compare to company Toyota Hilux.....after almost 4 years...we dont have any single problem with it even a minor one......even it has been treated like a "slave"......

mmg arr.... the battery was not supplied by toyota.. tapi toyota yg pasang bateri tu.. supplier just hantar by bulk...
so procurement-purchasing-receiving department must ensure suma barang yg diterima dlm keadaan baik... seblom dihantar kebahagian pemasangan...
seblom hantar pada pelanggan jugak adalah tanggungjawab QA/QC utk memastikan semua wayar2 tu terikat dgn baik.... jadi tidak ada isu longgar la... thread salah la... and so on.... jadi nak salahkan service centre gak ke... |

Back to the topic.......berdasarkan apa yang tuan tanah ni tulis....ianya jelas lebih memihak kepada sikap sambil lewa pihak after sales & service Toyota dlm menangani masalah pelanggan
kalau nak kira masalah...semua kereta ada masalah...cuma mcmmana diaorg menangani masalah tu je yang membezakan diaorg dgn pihak lain.....

aku pun rasa macam tu jugak...bukan kata tuan rumah...
sebenarnya boleh buat report ni sebenarnya...kan ada no talian untuk tribunal pengguna..
kalau macam ni kira kes besar ni beb...nak2 toyota.. kalau report ni...semua orang tau..mau toyota jepun turun...
nak tutup kes..ada ganti ngan Lexus terus... |
