No wonder lah. That's the root cause of your insomnia. I observe mmg ramai yg ade insomnia ade problem with their bowel movement. We should go for bowel movement 2-3 times a day depending on the number of meals we take everyday. Even kalau org membuang hari2 pun masih ade 6-10 paun najis terlonggok dlm usus kita. The accumulated toxic inside our colon will the be absorbed to our blood stream and can cause many diseases.
Do colon cleansing. Nanti u will see immediate results. |

Bro, ni dah kes chronic ni...engko punya endochrine system dah jammed ni. be cautious for diabetis as well as blood pressure also heart failure. naturally system badan yang normal, bila kita baring otak kita akan sense yang kita nak tidur bila heart pressure kita relax sebab kita baring. tapi due to stress, signal kita still working akan jadi dominan dan badan kita akan berterusan bekerja. this is as bad as depression. need any help can pm me. but try everything else first... |

Perhaps you need another visit to Dr Lokman for your toiletting problem...I've read about excessive calcium can cause this toiletting problem. You have vegetables in all your meals? |

Patutlah susah pegi toilet cos u dont take vegetables. What u can do is to take probiotic and prebiotic. U need to normalize back the environment in your colon by having more friendly bacteria. Elken tu the distribution company that distributes the product. A box of 10 sachets around RM20+ per sachet. My insomnia has been healed by a specialist homeopathic doctor called Dr.

I think your insomnia was created by toiletting problem and you high cholesterol was the result of your insomnia. The root cause is your toiletting problem, perhaps you can try Yakult, can get it at any supermarket;-) |
