Da tgk t&c dlm offer letter. point last skali dia nyatakan the company reserves the right to terminate ur employment without having to give u notice nor pay u salary in lieu of notice if such termination is taken on disciplinary grounds or under circumstances pertaining to fraud or dishonesty.

Mcm besar sgt kesalahan yg dia buat. Tgh dok pk ni apa masalah bsr sgt dia buat walhal manger atas dia berpuas ati ngn kerjnya tu...

yg peliknya bkn bos besar yg pass surat termination tu, dia pg2 da kuar opis. Nak elak terjmpa la tu.

  Haaaaaaaa....biasanya point/Kalusa ni lah yg kebanyakan Company bubuh dalam surat Offer Letter keje sbg SENJATA utk memberhentikan mana2 pekerja yg derang "tak suka"...mcm yg ryo bgtahu....Company kecik yg profit sekadar cukup2 makan...

aish...kejamnya majikan cam nie... ikut suka hati dia jer fire the staff without asking the staff to come forward to defend her self...

bring up the issue tu jabatan tenaga buruh...try to get advise... ada chance nak menang ni pasal mereka fire ur wife not according to right procedure...

aku rase bini ko mmg bleh fight kat court & bleh menang pon...
cm kes member aku, dier pi bentikan pekerja dier on d spot, kire 24jam notis la...
mamat tu bengang gi wat repot kat pejabat buruh...
pastu pejabat buruh panggil member aku...

ape yg blaku pastu aku xpasti tp member aku ni kene bayar pampasan kat bekas pekerja dier nih sebulan gaji...
rasenyer kalo ko bwk kes nih pi pejabat buruh kompom ko bleh menang...
bini ko pon bleh dpt pampasan sebulan gaji...

xsilap aku la, member aku ckp kalo xde state dlm offer letter brape lame tempoh notis,
pejabat buruh akan amek kira 1 bulan notis...
tu ape yg member aku ckp la. kalu nk kompon ko tanye pejabat buruh tgk...
tp rasenyer mmg kebarangkalian ko nk memang tinggi la...

hahaha..bestnya kes nih...

ko suh bini g pejabat buruh segera....dieorg akan bantu...

doter company aku penah kena saman ngn JTK...sbb berhenti kan budak tuh tanpa ikut prosedur sebenr....sbb even org tuh pun salah...kena ada supporting document...mcm punch card...warning letter...domestic inquiry dan sebagainya...

company tak boleh berhentikan org tuh...tiba2 tanpa sebab musabab...dan even ada sebab pun...dia kena bagi warning letter or show cause letter dulu....

best2...harap bini ko dpt juta2

satu lagik....biasanya company tkkan bagi notis 30hari kalo dia hentikan pekerja...biasanya dlm kontrak dia boleh berhentikan org tuh bila2 masa....dan bayar sebulan gaji...sbb tuh kalo management benci dak tuh..dia akan buat bdk tuh ssh smpi kan bdk tuh berhenti kerja dengan sendiri....

tp apa2 pun kena refer contract or appointment letter...

    Baru je nak happy da seday blk :cf:
aku dpt tahu yg my wife tipu dia x pregnant time interview. Cina tu ckp dia xkan amik staff yg mengandung. Now my wife nk straight to da point ngan cmpny tu coz dia rasa bersalah.
Aku agak org xkan amik org pregnant bekerja kan....... melainkan contract btul?
