biasa astro kena walk in ke pusat khidmat pelanggan diorang untuk terminate akaun sister. Iols pon dah plan nak unsubscribe, cuma malas nak ke sana sebab jauh gitu yihhh...ke sekarang ni dah boleh request thru phone call sajork?

Oh gitu plak SOP nya.. i terminated my account in 2017 dgn email je.. lepas i bayar final fee and diorang bg confirmation.. tetiba masih active i punya account thw following month..  

Then i flood their inbox with 20 emails... terus aman sampai sekarang

Chuols kena call dorang. Email2 ni mmg terbenam ke jurang mariana

Dh call berkali tiap kali tekan 4 utk terminate tu kena tunggu turn sbb ramai katanya.
Pastu lama tu suara mesin tu kata nnt dorang call dlm masa 72jam sbb skrg ramai sgt turn.
Udahnya tak juga call.

Iols igt nk g tempat dorang tu je tp kat mana yg boleh terminate tu takkan smapai kena g bukit jalil plak.

Melalui call boleh tekan no 4 katanya utk tamatkan perkhidmatan tp nan hado menunggu turn lama gilerr
Giliran anda yg ke 47 laa tup2 dia kata tunggu 72 jam dorang sendiri call balik.

Pusat khidmat pelanggan astro kat mana eh iols geram je nk g bukit jalil tu. Serabut plak dh berbulan iols nk cancel astrok ni tup2 plak skrin tv iols dh rosak lg laa takde makna nk bayo sesaja tp tak tgk. Selama ni masa tv ok pun tak bukak juga astrok tu.
Ada kata hantar email lebih mudah siap depa ni sediakan template ayat sekian2 iols pun ikutlaaa mmg pantas dorang reply email tu tp suh call plak sbb melalui email dh takleh nk terminate.

Laki iols.pung tiap2 bulan asik.kena potong je since 2013..asal.gaji masuk.je ada potongan tah pape..
Komplen cimb..depa.kata takde potongan
Masalahnya.hampir rm600 tiap2.bulan kena.potong entah.utk.apa..call pung depa tak de bg apa apa info
Last2.laki.iols.kosongkan akaun tu..masa.kerja tmpt baru mmg.takde guna cimb...
Terus.cimb.deactivated lah acc tu..

Mmg pun...nombor aku antara yg dh bocor... Mcm2 jenis org, bank segala dok msg, call nk offer mcm2...yg scammer jgn ckp lah asal kita angkat dia senyap atau mesin yg jwb...kebnykan org dlm agensi kerajaan dan company2 kt malaysia ni tak amanah... Ada org siap byr kt org dlm telco tu utk dpt maklumat aku...mmg sial sgt2...

Maybank ni mmg problematic. Staff maybank sendiri agaknya yg bekerja utk geng2 scammers ni. Every time ada duit masuk dlm bank, I akan dpt call / message dari scammer. Every bloody time mcm tu. Dgn bank2 lain xde pulak. Kiwark betul maybank ni

Pernah pakai nline prepaid maxis sekejap..sejak tu macam2 call dapat baik dari scanner etc. Dah tiada akaun maxis kurang sikit tapi masih ada  unknown call

Maybank cc so far takde dah bende2 bodoh terjadi last skali sblm mco tu je laa dulu tu pun sbb iols beli online website perfume fragranceX.com.. so data CC dari website tu yang leak and i dpt sms transaction usd1 pukul 2 pagi.. nasib baik i terjaga sbb bunyi ringtone kuat.. baca sms ada transaction usd1 dari google service... i cepat2 pintas call CC center maybank mujur deme pantas jawab call i and diorang mmg confirm ada cubaan fraud and diorang (scammer) tengah tukar TAC send ke number lain and cuba charge rm3400 plak... so bank reject alhamdulillah

Sejak tu i serik dah online purchase through website... and now makin reduce never link my CC to any apps...
