Selalunya masa ada anak kecik yang mencabar. Kalau anak dah besar masih problematic ni memang jenis pemalas nak buat kerja. Kebanyakkan majikan ok lagi kalau nak mc anak sakit bagai tapi dalam satu tempoh masa kena stabil lah kan.

Kalau jenis pemalas keje and banyak alasan, bujang ke, married ke, tetap la akan buat perangai. Selama I keje berbelas tahun ni, x pnah lagi la I MC lebih 3 kali setahun. EL pernah sekali sbb anak I hospitalized, kena pneumonia. I work my self off sampaikan kalau takat demam sikit2 tu, keje jugak. Husband I pun cakap I ni workaholic. Sekarang ni, bila dah mula WFH and hybrid, lagi la kurang ambik cuti. TAPI, Alhamdulillah, my bosses and HR sgt pentingkan work life balance. Tak pnah lagi la dorang nak buat pangai caprut discriminate married women kat office. Even married men pun tak terkecuali. Sorang colleague I, lelaki. Wife dia bersalin last year and baby tu sakit. Dari baby tu lahir sampai hari ni, dia dpt special approval to fully WFH.
Kita ni kalau employer pandai appreciate, and kita pun sejenis tau menghargai kebaikan orang, percayalah.....staff mesti sanggup bagi 110% effort utk keje.

Tempat iols ni,tetiap tahun ada je yg peknen tanpa mengira kaum.aman harmoni jah kitorang tolong sesama sendiri selama 3 bulan.
Cuma perokok memang kurang diterima disini.time iv dulu pun dorang dah tanya,merokok x?sebab perokok byk buang masa dari bekerja,sbb selalu ngulor pegi ngisap rokok

Company lama aku dia suka ambik staff lama yg nk msk keje balik..contoh ms aku br msk keje dl ade ka ...

Mcm ni ok gak, mak2 bila anak dh besar ok dah nk keje balik.
Keje umah pun dh kurang sbb dh takde yg wat sepah, anak2 pun dh boleh diharap buat keje umah so takde hal nk tinggal g keje ke apa.
Iols pun kadang terpikir nak keje balik mcm sorang member lepas sekian lama duk umah dia kembali kuar keje setelah ank bongsu dah form 3.

Sme mmg elak amek married or soon getting married ladies..sbb nya nnt cuti beranak nak kene tanggung 98 hari gaji bhaiii...at the same time keje dia kene carik org lain replace buatkan..double the cost!!..dgn ekonomi x menentu skang..sme mmg perit nak tanggung bende2 camni

HR mmg bongok, hire kerja account gaji lagi mahal dari stem,  account bodo piang apa basic pc app apa pun tak tau, stem pulak pikul 3 org punya kerja termasuk kerja yg account apa tak tau spt repair networking install app repair elec. HR mmg bodo mau pekerja english berabuk tapi gaji 1500, bangla x sekolah englih bodo pun boleh dpt 3000, HR bodo pekerja diberi gaji kecil akan sentiasa berhenti2 kerja,  HR bodo setengah2 org pikul 3 jawatan, HR bodo hire pekerja kawan2 bos anak kawan bos sedara mara dlm 1 company, HR bodo ambil pekerja bodo pemalas menyusahkan staf yg lain,  HR bodo lagi sbb x tulis siap2 married women don apply this job

Kan..Aku mcm nak keje gak nanti..kot2 bosan duk sesaje kat rumah..time anak sekolah Kita p keje..anak blk sekolah kita pun balik..sbb anak2 dah sekolah Menenggah petang pun sibuk aktiviti Koko la,sukan la .balik rumah tuk makan lunch lps tu hilang ke sekolah..sambil2 tu leh tambah caruman kwsp sendiri dan top up barang kemas sendiri...makan gaji kira senang skt sbb dah tau bukan tetap dpt berapa .hehehehe

Nowadays i see trends international companies suka ambil millenials jadi mid mgmt konon2 can bring fresh ideas innovation etc.  Experience kerja baru 10 tahun itu pun jump here and there tak cukup 2 tahun jump to another company for sake of cepat naik gaji/pangkat.  Cakap pandai hands on ke laut semua theory formula mcm rapiji.  Yg kena clean up mess senior2 yg kena report to this people.
