Coz i have my own rule of thumb in life.. hanya boleh buat 1 loan sahaja at one time.. sbb i nak hidup dengan senang dan tenang... i want to live in comfort and still able to travel the world with my family...
My BMW 630i gran turismo baru 3 tahun beli for almost half a million ringgit..
Kalo i nak beli kereta baru, is either i paid it in CASH, or fully settle my current BMW then buat loan baru..
All my other cars dah habis bayar or bought in cash (2 of them paid in cash)..
Parking tiada masalah.. plenty of space here at home

I heard they're using the new specification for Bitumen di Borneo.. sebelum ni depa pakai Bitumen lembut (80/100).. skang especially pan borneo dah pakai specs Bitumen lebih keras 60/70.... maka kemungkinan jalan berlubang tu bakalan reduced significantly... provided those contractors buat jalan ikut SOP la layering foundation and cooling asphalt ikut timing bukan curah air utk cepat sejukkan

Haah ini common problem mercedes since di electronic kan... BMW juga sama seperti di germany sebab US kereta masih direct dari germany .. Tidak boleh complain durability ikut manufacturing sebab kadang kadang car owner beli kereta tetapi treat and ingat kereta quality seperti military tank and poor maintenance buat kereta poor condition.. Ramai beli supercar sebab mahu speed same problem apabila owner sendiri overuse/abuse bawa seperti lahanat...cuma di banding kan kereta dahulu.. Conti kah.. American car kah since di electronic kan memang tidak seperti dahulu untuk engine sekarang contoh kereta banyak sensors.. Sensor rosak depa kata engine problem or vice versa....

Range rover service sekali tire cost around RM20k di malaysia + small part kena replace ... Audi lebih murah.. But Audi durability aku tidak boleh buat comparison di malaysia sebab audi yang aku guna di malaysia dari germany bukan ckd tiada experience .. So far guna since 2016 tiada issue but kereta hanya berapa bulan dalam 1 tahun saja guna.. Selalu nya di tinngal dalam garage . Conti car ada series memang costly untuk spapeparts bukan maintenance seperti battery kah apa... Yang murah german cars sparepart VW
