PENYAKIT DARAH TINGGI
Perah air buah mengkudu yang masak. Campurkan air perahan dengan madu lebah dan diminum setiap pagi sebelum sarapan selama seminggu. Ulangi amalan ini sekiranya keadaan darah tinggi meningkat semula.

BETIS KERING BERSISIK DAN MEREKAH TUMIT KAKI
Walaupun kedua jenis penyakit ini tidak menyakitkan penghidapnya tetapi ia amat memalukan terutamanya kepada kaum wanita. Untuk menghilangkan penyakit ini, ambil sebiji buah mengkudu yang masak dan sapukan kepada bahagian yang berpenyakit. Biarkan selama 15 minit. Kemudian basuhlah dengan air suam. Lakukan amalan ini beberapa kali sehingga tanda kering bersisik dan merekah
tumit hilang.

MEREDAKAN BATUK
Buah mengkudu yang masak dimakan bersama garam dan dalam masa yang tidak lama gatal-gatal di tekak, serak dan batuk akan hilang.

PENYAKIT KUNING
Dua biji buah mengkudu yang telah masak diperah airnya dan dicampurkan sedikit gula batu. Airnya diminum dan lakukan 2 kali seminggu sehingga penyakit kuning hilang.

DEMAM
Sebiji buah mengkudu direbus bersama satu inci lengkuas dalam dua gelas air. Teruskan merebus sehingga air rebusan menjadi satu gelas. Air rebusan diminum pada sebelah pagi dan malam.

MENGECUTKAN RAHIM
Daun mengkudu dibalut pada tungku yang telah dipanaskan sebelum dibungkus dengan kain untuk bertungku. Amalan ini boleh mengecutkan dan ‘menaikkan’ rahim ibu selepas bersalin.

Why natural hair dye?
Artificial hair dyes may cause allergic reactions which may be very harmful to the body. Just see the common constituents of artificial hair dyes and their possible reactions:

P-Phenylenediamine (PPD): Coal tar dye with links to bladder cancer, recognized as the most hazardous chemical used in hair dyes; can be absorbed through the skin and causes chemical leukoderma; potential gastrointestinal or liver toxicity hazards; mutagenic; can cause redness, pain and swelling of the eyelids, blurred vision and blindness; sense organ toxicity hazards; can form carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds if mixed with amines; potential kidney and respiratory toxicity hazards; potential to cause immune system response resulting in lung sensitization and other damage to immune system; can cause asthma attacks; poses neurotoxicity hazards; pharynx and larynx irritation; and anaphylactic shock which can be fatal.
Therefore, it would be safe to use natural hair dyes which have no known harmful reactions.

The Usage
