bagi aku... keupayaan dan keberanian yusri melabur duit utk menghasilkan filem sedemikian ghuper harus dipuji dan diberi sokongan ... bukaannya dikutuk... siap pakai CGI lagi utk membolehkan filem tempatan berdaya saing kat peringakt antarabangsa...
tapi nak wat cam ner... kebanyakan peminat filem melayu nie lebey suka kalo produser filem/pengarah filem tempatan wat citer cintan cintun... citer hantu hantu (muka hantu cam pelakon opera cina jer... bedak tebal seinci...) ... or citer lawak lawak bodoh... kalo kuar jer mobie cam ni kat panggung, berduyun duyun ler nak pi tengok.. siap bawak satu kampung lagi sampai panggung full house...
HMM ... bagi aku not so bad ... not superb as well.. tapi at least a step further as compared to other filem melayu yang suck.... |

aku tak nafikn semangat yusry ni buat filem, mmg bagus, patutjadi ikutan pengarah lain, tapi.....
ukurla baju sendiri, 100% cite psl viking ni lokasinya dibuat kt malaysia?,kalu cite viking sesat ke malaya ni bolela..tapi ni umpama buatfilem org eksimo kt padang pasir. smpai yusry ckp tk perlu pi obersea buat filem ni, prop,cgi dh ada...

yusry kalo nak buat filem betul2 pun, carik lah pengarah yg berkaliber..and penulis skrip yg betul2 bagus..2-3 org penulis skrip lagi bagus..dan dia bleh tumpukan kat cgi tuh..kau nak buat cgi warna warni tahap kartun doremon pun suka hati kau la..cgi sampai ke hujung2 filem termasuk credit skali pun lantak kau la..asalkan penceritaan dan skrip bagus. |

Killer beauty!
With her exotic Pan-Asian looks, curvaceous figure, sunny personality and agility - coupled with healthy dosage of talent, Natassia Malthe is an actress to watch out for.
So it came as no surprise that she's handpicked by KRU Studios to be the leading lady in their buzzworthy Hollywood epic, Vikingdom - which is fully shot in Malaysia.
It certainly is a bonus that the Norwegian beauty, who has starred in Hollywood movies like Elektra, Bloodrayne 2 & 3 and DOA: Dead or Alive, has a Malaysian connection.
"My mum is from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah," Natassia says chirpily. "She met my Norwegian dad on a trip to Toronto. But I've only been to Malaysia once - for six hours for a shampoo ad. But that's a long time ago."
Imagine her delight when she first received the script for Vikingdom, and the opportunity to stay in this country for two months to shoot the big-budget period drama.
"When the project came, I thought 'Wow. I'm half Norwegian and half Malaysian; the story is well written. I like being the only girl among the guys and kicking them," the actress recollects.
Directed by Yusry (of the KRU brothers), Vikingdom is the story of a Viking warrior, Eirick (Dominic Purcell of Prison Break, The Killer Elite), who must face his violent past and lift the sword to face a demigod of incalculable power (Conan Stevens of The Hobbit).
The action adventure casts Natassia as Brynna. A rose among the thorns and a femme fatale.
"My character has a lot of principles and integrity," she enthuses. "She gets to kick a lot of big vikings. It's a big task."
Being a professional athlete and ballerina that she is, the youthful 37 says she has no problems doing her own fight scenes.
"When I was doing Dead or Alive, I trained so hard for five hours everyday. I didn't work out for two years after that," she cracks up. |
