iols nak tanya sikit pasal malindo nih.
kwn iols tolong bookingkan tiket klia ke bki (k.kinabalu). tapi sbb booking utk ramai org sekali gus, kwn iols salah isi last name. Instead of Norudin (dlm ic) dia p letak Nooruddin. Dah bayar siap baru perasan masa itinerary tu kat emel.
iols tepon la customer service malindo, tak berangkat. bila search terms and condition dia
Name Change:
1. Once booking reference number has been issued, you are not allowed to substitute or change the passenger named in the confirmed booking with another passenger’s name.
2. Name amendment up to three (3) characters (with the same pronunciation) can be settled free-of-charge.
3. Name amendment for more than three (3) characters will be charged with RM50 penalty fee and fare difference.
4. Name amendment for First Name and / or Last Name by adding or removing will be charged with RM50 penalty fee and fare difference.
So nak tanyalah pendapat. Perlu ke tukar? Sbb tak banyak pun beza dia buang 'o' dan 'd' je. kalau ikut term tu mcm free je. Kalau tak tukar nama, ada kemungkinan tak tak bole fly?
Dulu pernah buat utk flight MAS, kena bayar RM50 tapi tu sbb salah nama terus (first name). Nak tau procedure utk Malindo pulak. |

salah ejaan boleh dibetulkan dengan percuma.
kalau mcm airasia senang boleh live chat, kalau Malindo selain call Call Centre tak berapa pasti pulak.
sekarang ni most airlines particular dengan ejaan nama dan tak mahu kesilapan huruf.

i dah emel customer service malindo. dia suruh attach softcopy ic ngan itinerary. rupanya dia charge RM50 and kalau ada different fare kena bayar lain pulak. i rasa macam tak berbaloi pulak nak bayar sebab harga tiket baru berapa. tapi tu lah, takut nanti tak bole nak terbang pulak. mahal la i rasa charge dia untuk betulkan huruf je pun, sebutan sama je. |

.........sengkek airasia pun tak caj setakat betulkan nama.
tapi trick dia jangan betulkan di opis.....sebelum fly pegi kaunter betulkan dan lepas tu check in.
tu staff dia orang jugak yang ajar.

itulah dia. i pun tak sangka malindo charge. aa yg jenis berkira tu pun tak charge. even my friend pernah fly ngan aa masa tu i tolong book tiket dia, kes sama la, i salah letak nama dia Nor, padahal dia Noor. relax je boleh terbang. anyway, thank you, @dee556. i cuba lah buat masa check in nanti. harap bolelah.

kena charge ke? i baru balik dari kuching last weekend and last minute my nephew nak ikut..kelam kabut smpai tertinggal 1 huruf kat surname dia so i called customer care (setelah buat calls 3 hari beturut2 baru dpt ckp and lama giler kena hold) and sent email together dgn copy ic. dlm masa sejam dah betulkan and takde caj apa2 pun. yg buat sakit hati sbb flight balik ahad asik la re-time. mula2 booked dulu kul 1.55 ptg..lps tuh hntar email/sms tukar ke 2.25 ptg...lps tuh tukar lagik 4.25 ptg. dpt sms lagik tukar balik 2.25 ptg. smpai la hari sabtu tuh tukar lagik 4.25 ptg. last2 i called ptg sabtu..dah tukar balik ke 2.25 ptg. sewel sungguh..dah la masa dr kl-kuching on friday delayed dlm 40 min.

Ni g KK je pun. Ni diaorg pun tak ikut procedur ke apa? benda sama tapi response berbeza. i nekad la, xnak tukar nama. nanti check in baru nak tukar. agak-agak boleh tak? kadang2 airlines ni pun melampau, time kita punya silly mistake bukan main nak charge, bila dia re-timed, cancelled semua kita pulak kena sabar ngan diaorang. |

tahu takpe. we all pegi 14 org that day sbb kazen kawen & belah perempuan kat kuching. dah siap2 web check in masa nak pegi & dh print boarding pass. leh lak budak counter tuh suh verify certain org..padahal sama jek flight tp lain2 booking number la. kata takleh nak naik flight masa balik if tak verify masa kat klia sbb ada flight change. i ckp bkn i yg tukar flight..u all yg tukar kenapa i nak kena verify sume. boarding pass dah ada so guna je lah..watpe nak print lagik. lps tuh dia ckp leh jek guna boarding pass yg i print tp nnti nak balik ada prob. elok jek ahad tuh balik takde masalah. bongoks sgt..dh kehulu hilir kena pegi sana sini masa kat klia...yg ticket counter lak ckp..kat counter check in yg kena verify. mmg i jerit 'stupid' kuat2 le kat situ

Alamak biar betul..kiranya kami ni very lucky kot this year,
semasa pi Bali, Bangkok dan minggu lepas pergi Bandung..flight tiada delay on time pergi dan balik.
saya di beritahu before this flight malindo ni delayed nearly 3 hours from Kl to bandung...sepatutnya
naik pukul 12.15 t/hari sampai 1.20 ptg waktu sana. This customer touch down bandung jam hampir 5 ptg waktu
tempatan...bayangkan supir tersebut tunggu punya lama kat airport..takut pulak nak naik malindo lagi.

Service malindo mmg semakin teruk. Last week pegi miri, beberapa kali retime pegi dan balik.
Dalam flight dapat bun sosej n cup cake. Bun sosej tu, roti nyer terlalu lembab bahagian dalam. Mcm x cukup masak pun ye jugak. Bila makan, sosej tu bau busuk. |

finally customer service dia dah reply my emel and diaorang pun tukar last name i ikut ic dah. so tak payah risau. sekarang sediakan duit dan minda je untuk bercuti di Sabah. Yeay.
