tgh ni mkn nasi 1/2 + brokoli+carot+cendawan+ulam
termakan banyak sangat sambal belacan. pas tu air ganti ngan ice krim.

yeal........... recently ni i love to eat salad tapi i campur ngan sos thousand island sikit.. ok ke tu
baca gak label.. contain protein but 0.1 grm perserving |

sementara nak tunggu 3 jam tu mmg x leh mkn apa2..dah cukup 3 jam, minum air pastu tunggu lagi 10 minit baru boleh nak makan buah ke biskut kering sket ker..klu mkn buah kena tunggu plak dlm 30 minit baru minum air lagi.Tp klu pisang atau betik tunggu 40 minit. |

mkn mlm sblm kul 8. Menu protein+vege tu boleh dipelbagaikan.Mcm i selalunya wat sup sayur+daging@ayam@[email protected] selalunya stim ikan letak black pepper sikit..salad mkn ngan sos cili thai tu sedap banget. Tapi jgn ambil lebih dr 1 jenis protein dlm satu masa.
Dinner x perlu ambil carbo sbb waktu mlm kita x byk guna energy, nanti carbo tu bila x digunakan akan berkumpul jadi lemak. Lagipun carbo x leh ambil ngan protein. |

alamakkk..klau goreng ikan sahaja...leh ker erkk? xreti ler makan salad jer...any idea lain...xpun goreng burger daging sahaja blh?how about ayam kfc..lam 2 ketul + sayur dia (tp dh campur mayo plak):stp:

digalakkan makanan yg freash means...burger tu tak fresh sbb dia campur benda2 lain...
kalau nur nak makan daging..buat daging masak kicap...buh cili byk2...sedapnya...
n...buat sayur goreng je....n salad ,....sayur bebanyak...kenyang nanti....
kalau nak makan ikan better makan ikan yg fresh jugak la...ikan goreng tu pun dah ok...
cam i suka makan tempe goreng....hehehe buh cili n bawang...ni resepi org malas..sbb nak siang ikan n nak tunggu daging empuk....perut dah bunyi daaa |
