first time buat karamel guna susu pekat ngan tambah tpg jagung. selama nie guna susu cair jer. ina ikut resepi nsutra. sedap...

betul tue naiz. kalau ada org bertandang kat umah blh terus buat. lagipun kat umah nie stock susu pekat memang sentiasa ada. cubalah. rasanyer kat page sebelah ada sapa tah tepek resepi nsutra nih.

hi sut.. ramai yg dah cuba resipi ko n me pong nak try. dulu pernah buat resipi mana tah texture nya tak santek n berlubang. miss nak tanya telur tu pukul ngan garfu or whisker or tak yah pukul langsung.. bhn2 yg lain tu terus campur sekali je ker

Salam semua..
saya pun nak share gak resepi puding keramel nih..
Tapi yg ni kurang manis punya...

BAHAN UTK DI BLENDER-BLENDER KAN...
5 bj telur
1 tin susu cair
1 tin air -->kalau nk puding ni lembut lagi.. guna 1 1/4 tin air
2 sb tpg kastad --> ni just nak kasi kaler lebih menarik

BAHAN UTK GULA HANGUS
Gula pasir semata-mata ..  hanguskan.. ikut suka nak wat byk mana.. sbb puding di atas kita tak letak gula langsung... Make sure gula hangus tu just nice enough.. jgn sampai jadi gula hangit plak.. hehe..

CARA:
Hanguskan gula dlm loyang..
masukkan adunan yg dah di blend tadi
kukus hingga masak.

Resepi ni sedap.. dan seswai utk mereka yg tidak begitu gemar manis..

Salam,

Dah 2 minggu dah buat nih, baru bole upload. Cream Caramel ni guna resepi yusnina, amik kat fotopages dia. Resepi ni suppose masuk oven, bakar guna kaedah bain marie. tapi saya short cut aje lah, guna pengukus. buh dalam bekas plastik dadih kecik. since mu pengukus kocik, bole muat 7 biji je sekali masuk. sy kukus dlm 15 minit je, tak lebih.

saya buat gula hangus nya dalam bekas berlainan. saya buat dulu dalam pan, bila dah sedia, saya tuang la dlm bekas kecik2 nih dlm 1 sudu makan each. sblm tu bekas2 ni sy susun dalam tray dan buh air dalam tray tu, takut lak panas sgt sampai bole buat berlubang bekas2 nih. then tunggu sejuk baru bole tuang 'cream' nya.

saya tak scoop, sy lalukan pisau kat keliling cup tu, pastu terbalikkan dlm piring. baru dapat caramelnya kat atas. kalu scoop mcm mkn dadih ler plak heheh

ha'a, tuang yg panas2 tu ler. tapi bekas tu sy dah siap2 susun dlm tray yg berisi air. takut la jugak kan hehhe...tapi takat nih okey jah. dah bbrp kali dah buat.
